Worst branch ever! Book an appointment and when we arrived they told us that they call us 3 times but never answer so they cancelled it, I was showing them that I didn’t receive any calls, asking to them to provide me a proof, and of course they don’t have it.Disgusting service, but seems like they don’t care about it at all as they have so many bad reviews, good job, keep going folks.

We highly recommend this branch of bank if you want to have an account and Neha Sachdeva a staff was really helpful and gave us a lot of knowledge about banking. We are grateful to her.

Bad customer service. Under staffed. Long wait periods. There are few employees who are doing their best to give a better service to the customers. But the most of the employees there are not to work. But to tell something to show that they have an issue with the systems. According to them CIBC is having System issues most of the days.(But other CIBC branches doesn’t have those) Even the manager is trying to give excuses, not a service. To reduce the line, what he is doing Most of the days is to ask the people to make appointments and telling the system doesn’t work or the option is unavailable today. ?

I visited this branch last week with my friend to open a new bank account with CIBC, and we had an exceptional experience with the staff there. The entire CIBC team was fantastic, but I would like to specifically mention Sumit Acharya. Despite his fully booked schedule for the month, he went out of his way to accommodate our request for the earliest appointment. Sumit patiently explained everything to us, and even though we arrived at the last moment, he stayed beyond his working hours to ensure we had everything set up. CIBC is fortunate to have Sumit Acharya as part of their team.

These guys never get back to you,I ask for an appt they said 2 weeks, then I said I will go to some other bank,,The manager came in and said I will get a call from somebody soon and we will schedule much early, still waiting since 10 days, guess they should close the branch ,worst branch

Too bad so sad.This is the worst experience I never had before. Poorly trained staff doesn't know what they are doing. Eventually spoke to General Manager,Ashar Hameed However, He try to find excuses to deny the mistakes.This is not acceptable.

Very good experience with the CIBC fleetwood Branch. Bank staff is very helpful specially thanks to Mr. Sumit Acharya who give fully attention to clint and solve the problems quickly.Thank you.

I was worried reading the negative reviews about this branch but seriously the staff handled me so well and comfortably. They didn’t make me feel unaware about anything especially Jasmine Kaur who attended me, she’s very friendly and the best in their staff!!!

Went to this branch at 9:15pm last night to deposit into the ATM to find the main doors locked so I couldn't gain access to the ATM. There was a note stating the doors are going to be locked at 9pm. I tried to contact this branch regarding this. They don't answer the phone and it's been a full day and nobody has returned my call

Zero stars. I have been banking with CIBC for 20+ years but I am cancelling all my products after the experience with this bank. They are incompetent. My husband and I wanted to set up a new business account and I pushed for CIBC because back in Ontario I never ever had any issues. Long story short we were mis-guided, paperwork not submitted and now 2 months later we are told we don't qualify for products we signed and were told after a credit check we qualify for. No respect nor dignity for new business owners. The manager even avoided us when we learnt our paperwork wasn't submitted for two months. Cancelling all personal/business accounts. Horrible experience!!!
