The customer service representatives displayed impolite and unwelcoming facial expressions. They informed us that walk-in appointments are not available and that regular appointments have a one-month wait time. Given the subpar customer service and the monthly maintenance fees, it is reasonable to consider switching banking services.

My money advisor NEVER answers phone messages or my emails. I will pull all of RRSPs out and move to TD.

Why would you lock the door for using the ATM at night, the guy was cleaning there and kept telling me locked locked. I don’t know if you usually lock it at night which makes no sense but even though he could ask me to wait outside until he’s done. Poor service!

With repeated amount of no calls back (even though it says the bank or the staff at the bank would call back customers), unapproachable, unprofessionalism, and unreliable. It has been truly disappointing experience over these recent years. The rating for this bank is dropping more and more each passing year :(

Worst experience, worst customer service..while online payment for my compass card, the bank k cut the money 4 times..and after 10 days, bank returned money only once. I called customer care and after 1 hr of wait, i get to hear, itl take 100 days to get my money back…this is insane.!!!!!

I hope they don’t even get 1 star. Such poor customer service and the manager. According to them, even if you want to just give them proofs to get yourself verified for a credit card confirmation, you need an “appointment”. Some bunch of new people working who puts you through customer care phone numbers and then again customer care tells you to get through bank in person because of course it is more convenient. It was going from past 3-4 months. The customer care on call service is so good cause at least they value your time but these people and manager cannot do one click work and wants to give you 20 minute reasoning and hence, end up doing it once they get phone call from customer service department. Like save your time guys.

I processed my online application online and was advised to go to the bank. The email never said that i need to book, It says, I just need togo to Cibc. I went very early until they opem 930am but they cannot accomodate even I showed the reference and the instruction on my application. Afterwards, i was seating to book my uber to go home but this lady SUZANNE PAUL SAID I CANNOT SEAT INSIDE. She wants me to go eventhere's nonother customer arround. Worst bank because of these employees, dont come here.

CIBC is the worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. Their customer is horrible. Will be closing the account, I’ve had nothing but issues.

5 stars for Ewa, who was very professional and kind. We had an appointment with another colleague but he could not attend us and he did not inform us. Perhaps it was a personal emergency, I don't want to judge. Ewa saw us waiting and she attended us. She was able to dedicate us some time to open an account and giving some useful info since we are newcomers.

The guy at the front was rude and with attitude. l don’t know if the guy was just having a bad day or it is just the way it is in this location. It’s disappointing as a customer.

This is the worst branch of CIBC no one is ready to help even after talking to ISBO team and coming here on 29th March they say the earliest appointment I'd of 24th April. Is this a joke. If you're planning to save your time please go to some other branch instead of this. Save yourself

I came here to pickup my credit card. I've probably picked up over 10 cards in my lifetime from td cibc branches. The person at the front always brings it takes a minute. I go to this branch to pick one today and the woman in the front who sits there I think Bharti tells me get in line. I ask her can't you grab it for me quickly she says no. Wait in the lineup for 15 minutes the tellers even like she could have done it for you. The whole time I'm in lineup the Bharti person doing nothing. Have some common sense and help your customers as if you were in their shoes

This branch DOESN'T HAVE ATM machine available after hours. Inside ATM is locked after hours and no outside machines. So if you need your cash after 5 pm. or on weekends you are screwed. THANKS CIBC for another horrible branch.
