This is for Mr. Surjit singh who claims to be the supervisor of the Circle K convenience store
It’s quite funny this was the fifth stop. I made just to use the microwave for 15 seconds to warm up my lunch. I’m not the type of guy who leaves reviews but Circle K please do better with your employees and service.
The silly reason that he gave me not to use the microwave because there are a lot of homeless people who keep using it and he said we have fully shut it off our microwave because they don’t want to deal with the homeless which I understand working in retail is not easy, but that shouldn’t be the excuse for customers
Circle K is a convenience store, which felt like a big inconvenience to me. Please train your employees to deal people with empathy and respect even if they’re homeless.

I visited this store today around 1 pm with the intention of making a purchase. However, I was feeling unwell and asked to use the restroom. A Indian lady working there told me it wasn’t working, but it was clear she wasn’t being honest. I felt very disappointed by the lack of empathy and basic human courtesy. Because of this experience, I decided to leave without buying anything and will not be returning to this store again.

1:20am sun june 8 the staff there is really rude, wouldn’t help me find what I was looking for just pointed towards a section and said do you want the exact address of the product in the store??. Well I’d hope so since you work here.

Very bad experience with sales associate named dilpreet . Talking in rude tone I went to buy lottery tickets. I am above age level she was asking . I am regular customer from 2.5yrs . She said that I did not saw you never . Please teach her to talk in better way with the customer for better satisfaction level . Thanks

I picked up a Too good to go ,order..
It says it's $16 worth of food for $4.99.
I got a Large Circle K Chips,a breakfast wrap& a fritter& croissant.
Maybe $ 8 worth at most
Not worth my walk in the rain..
A small sub & chips ,will be worth my $5 .I'll ask what's in it next time.

Very bad. I brought a surprise bag from “Too good to go”, that makes me very surprised. The food is very little, the quality is bad, they are so different with the picture and the description, and they also asked me to pay the tax that Seven Eleven or Tim Horton doesn’t need to pay. Scam, don’t get there.

If I could give 0 stars, I would . No sense of customer service by Dilpreet the girl. Everytime I come there; she has attitude. I had to walk out of the door without buying anything because that’s how bad her attitude is. I asked her if she knows what customer service is? LOL The other guy, don’t know his name but he’s a giani and super sweet. Will only come back when he’s working.
