Always stocked with what I need. Staff are friendly and accommodating. Only issue is the big groups of homeless that sit outside smoking drugs. They obviously come from the shelter half a block away.

I order’s cigarettes. I said John players smoothie. He gave me. John players bold. Partly opened and told he it was wrong. He was absolutely rude. He called.lair he said I said bold not smooth. I told him I want to see the Video on saying this. I told him I want your manager The jerk tells me go away stop wasting his time He makes a mistake calls me a liar won’t call his manager or show me the video then tells me to stop waste his time what a freaking jerk . Calling head office as this is franchise. And then I found another business complaint he was absolutely rude, unprofessional and called me a liar when there’s cameras show me otherwise,

My go to store for my PRIME cause it's cheaper then Petro Canads galllll and the premium EXPPRT A GOLD SMOOTH now weirdnthingnisnthat both cigarettes and PRIME each item.chwaoee by $1.50 so $3 SAVING just for walking across the street

My daughter 10 went first time with her 1 friend to this location. She is very good kid , might be short of money at the counter . The cashier ( employee) treated them such a bad way or threatened. She don't want to come this location any more . I found out today when i tried to get her something . She was scared and stood outside and called me back and said she never want to come here . And then explained this thing . I am trying to dig out more from my daughter and will take appropriate steps . The guy is a indian guy , who is working at this time 230 after noon wednesday . On 14 th june2023. I am writing here todays date . Not the date of the incident. I request the owner of the buisness to please look into it . Thankyou

This stores staff (allegedly) have discrimination issues.At night the door is locked and you may be let in (allegedly) if you meet certain presentation requirements, if you are walking or riding a bike (allegedly)your chances decrease significantly as (allegedly)you are now suspect of possibly having ill intentions as to how you conduct yourself IF allowed into the store.Lottery is supposedly not available after eleven pm due to the fact that they (allegedly)don't want people hanging outside to watch the live keno draws (a lottery game that players hope to match numbers and has new draws every few minutes )although they went out of their way to get the lottery representative to install a second monitor facing outside , and (allegedly)it is ok if you own a car that is a newer model and you sit in your car to watch the keno monitor. Reason ? (allegedly) is that people hanging outside detracts from potential customers from approaching and entering the store.Well anyways my thoughts are that if they were so concerned with the fact that people were hanging outside , then they would likely be concerned with the fact that the entire store is always filthy , sticky dirty including food and beverage preparation surfaces, the lottery ticket validation and ticket station , the main cashier counter , and most certainly the floor which looks like it hasn't been polished in about a year , so its safe to say that all the handles of the cooler doors are filthy as well.Also if you don't meet certain presentation requirements (allegedly) you will likely not be allowed to use the restroom that is supposedly out of order , but then miraculously in useable order (allegedly) for certain customerslf you go to Petro Canada or Shell Gas Stations nearby you will most certainly see a clear difference in cleanliness and overall EQUAL respectable service for ALL customers Thank you for readingPEACE☮️

Me (14 yo) and two of my friends went to circle k to get three small slurpees. A small slurpee was said to be $1.89 therefore we only brought along $6. When we went to check out, the cashier said our total was $6.35. I was a bit confused so I asked to clarify and explain. ⚠️He just stood there⚠️ And did not try to explain. Overall, it was a pretty bad experience and whoever the cashier was, was not friendly and was not at all helpful. We will be going to petro next time thank u very much

Rating: 0/5. Worst Customer Service Ever. The employee with the last name Bhardwaj is very arrogant and he was extremely rude with me and the customers that was before me in the queue. He ruined my whole day. I would NEVER ever go to this location and company again. Extremely rude employee (Indian male), swearing not stop in Punjabi after I told him I want to redeem coupons. He must've thought I don't understand Punjabi because I'm obviously not an Indian. But I actually picked up quite a bit of Punjabi sentences from dealing with Indian for years.

Not as much of a selection of snacks and drinks compared to other Circle K's around the area but the employees here are nice and helpful. They go out of their way to ask you how your day is going.

It’s a good store if you are on the go or if you need somewhere that’s open 24/7. They don’t close , even during the pandemic they stayed open 24hrs a day, 7days a week and I really appreciate that about them. Only 4 stars though because their prices can be rather high .

Went there today Sunday April 4 at 4:30 pm to buy smokes and the guy starts banging my smokes on counter and singing in a language I don’t speak asked him what are you doing your smashing my cigarettes on counter told him I want a different pack and ask what’s wrong with him was not impressed with him or his actions
