We bought a good to go bag today and got two items: a sandwich that had rotten meat in it and a donair that looked like someone sat on it. Do not buy a good to go bag from this circle k. Don’t even trust the donair based on the sandwich so both going into the garbage. What a waste of money and time YUK!!!
So now Circle K has an auto reply for one star reviews and they want us to fill out yet another form and deal with yet another department. What has happened to customer service? If an owner and a photo of rotten meat showed up for my product, one would hope they would do something, however a robot cannot… very sad state of affairs for our future with AI

Cashier is always nice. Ice cream machine doesn't work often and at times dirty. But we enjoy going with the kids for slushies.

This location has employees that make up rules regarding accepting Amazon returns. Aman decided that his location can only process 3 items despite other employees accepting returns in the past. He was rude about the interaction as well. Told me to come back at 3 in the morning if I needed more processed, not 9 in the morning. Unacceptable.
Update: Circle K responded to this review, but the feedback site given does not work with this store’s postal code. Asking for feedback, but not providing a way to send it in is not productive.

One of the nicest Circle K store. I mainly come in here for the screamer, their slushy machine is clean and the swirl main is also well maintained. Staff is friendly and efficient! Thank you!

Love this store! Love the Cherry Koolaid Slushies! The owners are the most lovely couple, they’ve always been so friendly and welcoming. They remember their customers! Will always go back here!!!

Been coming to this store for around 4 years now. Never had any issues with the employees, always very friendly and know how to greet their customers with a smile and a small talk! They know their regular customers and what they want when they come in the store.
