Had a very stressful day after my car’s back windshield was smashed to bits, but the Clover Towing team was very helpful and professional! Answered the phone quickly, sent someone out right away, and the driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. Wrapped up the back and towed my car home. Receipt handed to me after payment and sent to my email as well. Overall, very friendly and professional service that helped make a bad situation a little bit better. Though I hope to not need a tow again, if I do then I know who to call.

This company it’s literally taking money from peoples pocket . They got this guy who force his way and put my car in the town truck .. the. Asked for 200 cash to put it down. It’s pretty bad . Employees are rude cocker and unprofessional .. there’s gotta be a way to get them shut down … they had taken my card from my own house 5 times.

This is one of the worst companies you could deal with. They scam people, and we should all file a complaint against them. They don't help; instead, they make things difficult for people trying to retrieve their cars. Their services are terrible, and they think they're above the law in Surrey. Any one of us is at risk of having our vehicle impounded, and I've tried many solutions to no avail. They stopped me from working because of them, and now I have no money because of my car and my inability to work without it. I work in delivery services. They are one of the reasons for the increase in problems for people, not the solution.

I had a very good experience with Clover Towing, locked my keys in the Van. When I called ,customer service was quick to answer and assist me with the Service needed. I was told I need to wait roughly 30 min. Before someone can assist and was asked if I would like call a 5 min. before help arrived, I said, Yes. The service was within 30 min. Had a call when close by, the guys took maybe 2-3 min. To unlock my Van and were friendly and helpful, paid by debit and receipt was sent directly to my e-mail. Definitely, will call again if I am ever in a situation like this, hoping I won’t be again. Great service, professional company, don’t think twice about calling if in need for services provided by, Clover Towing.

This towing company is a complete money grab. I left the visitor pass on the dash as it was broken from the top because I was in a hurry, and they still towed my car. I live in the same building and had authorization to park, yet they charged me over $450 with a bunch of unnecessary fees for a simple tow.
On top of that, the staff were completely ignorant and wouldn’t listen when I tried to explain the situation. They just didn’t care and were rude about it.
This company feels like pure extortion and takes advantage of people. Doesn’t matter if you have permission to park, if they’re involved, avoid them at all costs.

came in obviously not for good reasons and leanne, spencer, and the office manager were absolutely amazing at providing caring service and helping get things sorted, and made sure i had a space to wait for a ride. didn’t walk out with my car anymore but did walk out with a lot of respect for the company and its employees. bravo- give them raises.

The staff here are amazing and they went above and beyond to help me with my vehicle! Connor one of their yard guys came out and helped me attempt to get my car started once it was out of the yard and Leanne was super kind, helpful and very patient with making sure I got the help I needed!

As disappointed as I was my strata unfairly towed my car, clover towing has been incredible. The staff inside were super nice and told me they have had many issues with my strata. We joked around about it and they were friendly through the entire process despite my initial upset and anger.
