Been trusting Coal for years, and they’ve never let me down! The t-shirts, hoodies, safety vests, and hats I got for Okada Earthscape still look great, even after years of hard use. The material holds up, and the logo still looks fresh. Coal has been a big help in growing my company with their awesome merch and gear. Highly recommend!

I had an absolutely horrendous experience with this printing company. After paying the full amount upfront because I had no choice, I was given a product of appallingly low quality. My photos were printed so blurry that they were practically unusable, and when I asked for a reprint, they had the nerve to demand full payment again. The level of disrespect I encountered was shocking.
The associates were argumentative and insisted that the poor quality was my fault, claiming I should have provided better pictures. I submitted a high-quality, professionally taken photo. What makes this even worse is that these were meant for my save-the-dates, and they were so bad I couldn’t even use them.
To top it off, the associate had the audacity to tell me it didn’t matter because “people are going to throw your gift away anyway.” When I asked to speak to the manager, they flat-out refused. The staff were unbelievably rude and unprofessional, making the entire experience even more frustrating.
What’s worse, I received no guidance on how to submit the file correctly, and they don't even provide a sample print unless you're willing to pay extra. This shop is grossly overpriced, with poor product quality and even worse customer service. If I could give them zero stars, I would. In the end, I was left without a proper product and no refund.
Fortunately, I went to another print shop with the same file, and they produced the job perfectly. They even provided a sample at no extra charge. I strongly recommend steering clear of this place. They’re not worth your time or money

Coal prints made my salon sign for the business. They did an amazing job and gave me a great price to match the workmanship. I’m very happy with the results and how helpful they were with all the details I requested from them! Highly recommend coal prints!

My prints were not ready at the time as promised. I followed to make sure and was reassured they would be. Sent my assistant to pick them up and they were not ready. She missed a very important meeting and I paid her more for her time.
Then customer service blamed me “ To be very honest with you Jenn, we have accommodated your order even it's passed our regular lead time because we wanted to assist you genuinely. However, unexpected things happened. Anyhow please let us know how can we make it up to you. I can discuss with our GM. Thank you” making it seem like they did me a favor! I just paid them $400 for mediocre work and they didn’t even offer a discount for the inconvenience. Didn’t rectify the situation would not recommend to anyone. I really don’t like leaving reviews like this but I want to save other people the hassle and it seems from other reviews these ppl have a track record for this. They have a bad rating on Facebook

Gave me a great price and then did a bait and switch! Tried to charge me twice as much as everywhere else (I checked three different places). Of course we're not going to print my mom's celebration of life pamphlet on flimsy flyer stock! How long have you been in the printing business? They didn't have the ability to open a Photoshop file. And said theysaid would have to rebuild the exported jpeg (for extra design fee). I'm glad to say that Surrey Digital Printers was able to do a beautiful job with no issue for less than half the price and on 100 lb card stock!
