ATM doesnt read cards properly. I've used my card at multiple EXCHANGE atms (Coast, HSBC, Scotia, Prospera...) across the lower mainland/fraser valley. The only time i've had problems is with the 2 machines at this branch. My card works at the prospera across the street, yet here I keep getting fed invalid transaction tickets.Funny as I was activating my new card at the atm, someone was having the exact same problem I was.Not impressed.

Extremely polite, patient and professional staff. We have are in the branch often for business and the staff goes above and beyond always. In particular, Jane O'Connor (one of the member service reps) always handles our business matters in a very efficient yet empathetic manner... best financial institution in South Surrey!

“How Can We Help You?” Is their motto. Maybe have tellers. It’s a very poor look when consistently there are 1-2 tellers and a line up out the building. Blame poor management, not the tellers themselves.

A lineup of 4-5 people outside, 3 inline inside and 2 tellers at 11:00am. Just not the best unless you have 45 minutes or more to waste. If they could close the place down and make everyone use the ATM or phone they would. During this Covid thing all financial institutions have over reacted thinking their own employees don’t go grocery shopping, the liquor store, chiropractors or get their eyes checked or even pump gas into their cars. Any excuse to cut costs!

Since I was a child, Surrey Credit Union >> Surrey Metro Savings >> Coast Capital Savings have provided friendly service, and evidently have the flexibility to provide diverse banking needs for their customers, unlike my experiences with almost all of the banks combined. CIBC is decent, but it still isn't a credit union.It's no accident that Coast Capital employees are in a good mood, equipped to be friendly. You can ask one of them why Coast Capital continues to be acknowledged as "one of the best places to work." This employee satisfaction trickles down to customer satisfaction.

Friendly greeter at entrance. Making sure people are following Covid guidelines. Limiting people in bank. Clean place and hope it stays that way. This review is for the branch and not the bank itself.

Would not suggest banking hereImmature and extremely slow service we’ll be taking mine and my kids business to a new bank!Also took me over multiple hours to e transfer money that was needed within less than 5 minutes way to go Coast capital!
