Staff was very rude and obnoxious. No customer service. Signage stated one price and staff acknowledge it was that price but when I went to purchase it it was not. The second girl yelled at me that it was not the right sign. Totally rude as she yelled at me across the room as I was exiting.

Do not buy any product from CorLiving ! Their products always have an issue : wrong measurements online, poor quality, awful customer service and problems wit delivery.I bought a set of replacement cushions and when it was delivered the box was in a bad condition . All measurements where different from the online description . I called customer service and Rowan who is suppose to support customers is very rigid and does not want to accommodate customers . She does not care about customer satisfaction , she will force her opinion and doesn't try to help or find solution to gain customers.

We bought a floor model outdoor umbrella that ended up being defective. I called them and the lady I spoke to said she’d replace it and that she’d contact us within 2 days. A week later I called to get an update but the person I talked to wasn’t available, so I spoke to a very rude, abrupt and unprofessional lady instead. She informed me that it was a “final sale” and that there is no replacement for defective items. At one point she told me to “stop freaking out” because I didn’t agree with their lack of warranty and customer service. Their prices are reasonable but not worth the hassle and unprofessionalism.

This store is absolutely phenomenal, the manager and the ladies working there the day I came in looking for a gaming desk, chair, some patio stuff all for my new home I'm moving into, they where so kind and uplifting, I have no idea why there's any 1 star reviews on here about this place because I got nothing but smiles and respect from, I believe it was the manager, curly red he'd lady and a couple of her staff, interesting names, but anyways awesome vibe in that store, 1st time ever shopping there and bought everything!!!!...couldn't resist. They had everything I need and they helped me with everything. I live only 20 minutes from the store and I'll ABSOLUTELY be coming back for more. I really can't say enough great things about the staff there, made me feel so welcome, no pressure no hassle I even got the color scheme I wanted. That manager tho ?....incredible ?. Hats off!!!

Spent over $500 on their deluxe umbrella only to have it break after minimal use. Contacted Corliving and they don’t even have a replacement piece. Truly disappointed

This place is wonderful happen to go in when they were having a sale and I have to say that the staff was awesome very helpful with smiles all over and the store manager Carrie this person is wonderful she helped me with my needs and directed me to the right product definitely recomend for anyone looking for furniture to give this place a look

The customer service with this company is amazing! We recently purchased some stools that turned out to be the wrong height (completely our error) and they were gracious enough to help us with exchange (even though we could not do find the receipt). Thank you again for being so great and easy to deal with, truly appreciate it!

Scam business, bought a chair for 300$ and its a tipping hazard, the chair creeks like its made of old wood. Should not buy from this place.

Save your hard earned money and shop somewhere else.We bought 4 bar stools and 2 broke within 30 days. Corliving will send us new parts but will not offer any further warranty. I've just lost $800.Dealing with company has been extremely difficult and they DO NOT stand behind what they sell.Buyer beware!

We visited the store five times in the last few weeks, purchasing beds, tables, a sofa and a patio set. The customer service was excellent. The staff was very knowledgable and answered all our questions, probably more than once. They moved items around so we could compare the colors, and we couldn't have been happier with the purchases we made also. we would recommend this store for sure.

Corliving does not stand behind what they sell.I purchased 4 barstools with backs online on Nov 6.On Dec 8 I emailed Corliving with photosof 2 of the stools which have broken. Twoadults use these chairs and have not beenmisused in any way.After many emails back and forth here isCorlivings email to me. "After somediscussion with management, our onlyoption available to is as previously statedWe can provide you with replacementbacks for the barstools at no cost,however per our policy, we cannot providean extended warranty on the partsprovided. We can also not provide youwith a refund as the items have beenassembled and used for over 30 days.I ordered online Nov 6, $806.78First email to Corliving, Dec 8It is impossible to have received,assembled and used for 30 days given the above factual dates.These stools have a design flaw that do not allow a person to actually put your back on them. Or they will break.Please make a wise consumer choice and shop somewhere else as Corliving does not stand behind what they sell.MY REPLY TO YOUR RESPONSE.....YOU OFFERED REPLACEMENT PARTS BUT WILL OFFER NO FURTHER WARRANTY!!!!! Your stools broke after less than 30 days and you will not longer warranty them after sending parts! Please respond to that Corliving!!!!!

We bought a Corliving umbrella through Home Depot which arrived on Mar, 2. We put it up when the weather was nicer at the end of April. The umbrella lift string broke on Sept. 6. We were informed that there was a six month warranty, which had expired and nothing could be done. So, six months, plus 4 days. Never mind that the umbrella actually lasted only 5 months. We were told by Home Depot that nothing could be done and direct contact with Corliving(twice) has gone unanswered. We will never buy or recommend anything from Corliving again.Update: I contacted Corliving, at their request. They responded, asking for more information, which I did. Here is the reply."All CorLiving products come with a warranty of 180-days which covers manufacture defects and workmanship. As your item was purchased in Feb 2022, You are just outside your warranty period. But we will honour the warranty and send you the replacement parts for free, but shipping costs will apply.The shipping cost is $144.18."So, I would now have to pay an extra $144.18, on top of the $298.32 that I already paid AND attempt to repair it myself.
