I shop here twice a week, every week of the calender year.Amanda and Jas and rest of the staff is amazing. Always treated like family. Best customer service ever!- for others leaving negative reviews... Perhaps i can explain in simple English. " if your not a licensed hairdresser or esthetician, cosmoprof isn't allowed to let you shop as these products are for professional use only"Not sure why that is hard to understand.Shop Walmart. Shoppers or sallys if you need beauty products and are not a licensed professional.Cosmoprof- keep up the good work. See you tomorrow :)

Very Disappointed from this place I went last week to opening my new account . There is women working there name jass and she didn’t open my account because she doesn’t Recognize my school. And then I told her my friend had same school and you did same thing with her but she opened with Another girl so if you call her may be she can help us then she told me she is not here and she asked me before opening your account.i don’t Understand if she had problem with the school or she is jut confusing us . Then I call today for another git and again she told me she is not here.

Very rude and They ask for Certificate or license Even if you wanna buy hair gel that you can get it from Walmart or anywhere!!! Don’t wast your time.
