Absolutely terrible service at this tire center. I ordered new tires which didn't come in on time for my appointment. No call or warning from the shop, I just showed up and they informed me there. I'm currently driving on my spare, so I asked if they could patch my tire that has a slow leak so that I don't have to drive on my spare while I wait for the tires to come in. The employee proceeds to tell me that lots of people drive on their spare tires for months and that it's actually safer to run on the spare than to patch up the leaking tire. Best part is, he doesn't even look at the leaking tire. He just tells us that they aren't going to patch anything and that we've waste our time coming to the appointment.

Surrey Costco king George hwy terrible tire care install appointment at 3 pm didn't get car back almost 3 hours later asked for Manger staff says they can't find him . Car sat on lift with tires on just needed to be torked went to staff said lower car I will do it myself all of a sudden the manger magically appears says will be only a few minutes and just stands their laughing . Not very professional at all no reason given what was reason for delay this manger needs to be removed or reevaluated NOT COSTCO STANDARD 40 year customer be aware of this location

i had two experiences with the costco surrey bc optical service , both were very good. Recently, i brought in my glasses with a broken arm and they ( Sarah and Debbie) replaced both arms no charge.

Thuis is strictly the Costco-Surrey Pharmacy. I`ve been going here for 25 years. All my pharmacy records are there. I go in today. Saturday, Oct 29th in the morning and giv ethem my dailt=y medication oprescriptions. The lady says come back on Monday. MONDAY I said. Why does it take 2 full days to process a simple prescription when at anytime of day there is at least 10 people working here. I undestand 1 day, however, two is pathetic especially for a 25 year customer. It`s pathetic here

I have always love Costco but sometimes they have rude employees. I made a question to the youngest girl in clothes department and her attitude was the worst. I hope she can learn and treat the customers with respect as she would love to ve treated.

This is a review of the Bellingham Costco Tire Center. I feel I got great help from Tyler and Josh. I had no idea how to evaluate possible tires for my Pony. Tyler was incredibly helpful and informative. So I feel I made a good choice. An appointment was made and they were ready for me. Little tip: they seem maybe short staffed at the customer area, but my solution to getting someone's attention was to tap on the glass to the work area. Josh was out to help me immediately. I got a great warrantee and they will check the torque soon to make sure all is good. Very happy.

Came here this morning, purposely want to buy a particular item, been circling around, but there's none.,checked every single aisle. Finally ask someone ( Filipino Lady working on the clothing area) She helped me look what I'm looking for we checkEd everywhere and we can't find it. We ask another lady to check in the computer, and found out there are 100+ available.. they asked me to go in front to ask any supervisor. When I was there , BIG LADY WEARING BLUE GREY SHIRT&wearing short with short hair ask me, I'm not supposed to be there. So I look for someone, LADY with red vest , I wish I get her name, ask me if I pay the item I'm holding. Didn't even ask me if I need help? Just right away judged me if I already paid the item I'm holding (not friendly) when I told her what I am looking for she didn't even know ! end up asking another person

This location is consistently very busy which detours me from shopping here near as much as I would like. The returns line is so ridiculous that I just take the hit on cheeper items - I won't even bother with items anything less than $20 ( which is on me but it's just not worth the time). I feel it's so busy that it's not good for business, this area is long overdue for another location. I'm not getting near my money's worth for my $120 membership.
