Had an ICBC claim from a year back and decided to give Craftsman Auto repairs by the Langley bypass a try. If I could rate these guys a 6/5 stars I would definitely do it in a heartbeat. These guys go above and beyond, and don’t miss a single hair detail. I’ve had other issues with my car that I haven’t mentioned to them before hand, like with a grinding noise when turning right, which I guess is somewhat related to the area of impact, was rectified. Also the give your car a full clean inside and out. They’re also always on the ball when it comes to communication, giving you status updates and are always there when you have any questions via text. If you have an ICBC collision claim repair, this is the place to go to!

I recently was in an accident and was able to get in with Craftsman only a week after! They did excellent work to my car and finished the job in about 3 weeks. They gave me a courtesy car which I really appreciated as I needed to get to work and school. When the job was finished, the manager Kevin explained there was a part on back order and said I’d have to come back in to get it installed. That only took about a week and when I came back they got on the job immediately and I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Huge thanks to Craftsman and Kevin for repairing my car as I wasn’t ready to say goodbye to it yet!

Craftsman Collision restored my door to what it was. Very grateful to them and their professionalism. I would 100 percent recommend them to anyone that has had damage to their car. They were courteous, masterful, and a delight to help me with my problems. If you have a problem with your car, talk to them. Craftsman Collision was amazing to me and I'm sure they will be amazing to you

Had my car fixed by them in January. It was an ICBC claim and in terms of customer service things went very smoothly, so im appreciative of that.
However, when I gave them my car I left my plastic parking pass for my townhouse complex in the car hanging on the indicator next to my steering wheel as I assumed it wouldn’t be touched… When I got the car back, it was gone. When I called to question them about what happened to it, of course no one had any idea what I was referring to and I had to go to my strata’s office and get it replaced for $25. Annoying, but whatever. Partially my fault for not taking it out of the car, I suppose.
The thing that perplexed me when I got my car back was that the inside of my car was covered in some kind of fatty-like substance? It left two imprints on my windshield, the spray got all over my dash, and passenger/driver windows, and for some reason the glass over my gauge was sprayed with it too ????? It was very unlucky timing too because the temperature was in the negatives for days which made it even harder for me to get it off. It literally looked like someone just sprayed it and didn’t bother wiping whatever it was off. I was so confused because I brought it in to get a dent/scratch fixed on the outside of the car, I understand maybe some dirt got inside the vehicle during the repair but if you’re gonna clean it then clean it instead of whatever this is?
The repair itself on the car was great, and I hate that this goop overshadows that for me but it was genuinely such a hassle to clean off and the last thing I wanted to do after dealing with ICBC and getting the car repaired was concerning myself with MORE car stuff.
Update: I received a call from them to discuss amending my concerns. Very honourable customer service, and I’d recommend them after the call as it’s apparent customer satisfaction is their priority :)

Very pleased with the repair On Craftsman collision (Landmark Way) completed for me. The damage was structural and they done a perfect job to look unseen. The office staff were fabulous and the manager Kevin and Aiman the parts coordinator gave me a good advice and helped me a lot, and with access to my ICBC claim, made the whole process much easier. It was a little surprised at the amount of time required between assessment and repair, but the staff were completely up-front about their capacity so I had no false expectations, and they met the timeline they provided. The quality of their work was 100% worth it. I hope never to require body shop work in future (touch wood) but if I do, Craftsman collision (Landmark Way) is at the top of my list. I strongly recommend them!

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with Craftsman collision customer service, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, my experience was outstanding.
The manager (Kevin), was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear and helpful solutions to my problem. also was great in communicating my concerns to ICBC,
What stood out the most was the personal touch and genuine care shown by [Representative: Aiman]. They made me feel valued as a customer, which is something you don’t often find these days. The entire experience was seamless and stress-free.
I highly recommend this shop for their exceptional customer service.

I went there on my own for an icbc claim. Kevin the bodyshop manager took care of the icbc claim to replace the sunroof glass and repaint the roof however what happened after was a disaster.
When I went to pick up the car, I noticed the driver side door had a scratch going down in the center of the door. When I questioned the staff about it they said to speak to Kevin. I asked to see the photos which Kevin took of all the sides of the car for ICBC. The scratch was not visible in the photos so that means the bodyshop had scratched the door. Kevin accepted the damage and agreed to paint the door and blend the paint into the fender as per normal industry practice. I dropped off my car the following week for the repairs of the door. When I went to pick up the car the second time, the front bumper where the painter had to mask (cover) before painting the fender was now damaged. When the painter removed the masking tape, the paint on the bumper came off as per the photos in the review. When I asked the staff about it, they said they didn't know about it and said to talk to Kevin. When I asked Kevin, he was not surprised about the damage and asked "what about it". When I told him that wasn't there before he said he wasn't going to fix the damage because a properly painted bumper wouldn't have peeled like this and then further told me to take the car back to the previous bodyshop. I told him that I just bought the car in September 2023 and I have no clue if the bumper was replaced or repainted ever and I further told him not to play the blame game since I gave him the car with no such damages. Kevin refused to cooperate and said that he wouldn't be painting the bumper. When I asked him who I can talk to he said call the head office. When I asked him for the head office contact info he said to Google it. Obviously Kevin had no interest in resolving the issue that his bodyshop caused for the second time. Dylan from the head office took care of the problem and had to end up replacing the bumper and repainting it. He said it was much faster to replace with the new bumper and paint rather than spending time to sand it down. I was fine with just the patch work where the paint was peeled off but I have to say, Dylan went over and above.
Based on this lack of customer service, I would give it zero stars if I could but I will give it one star for taking care of the ICBC claim.
Avoid this craftsman bodyshop location.

Had a great experience at the Langley shop. Small colour match paint job was handled very well, all pro and at a great price. Very happy!
