A seamless experience. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely use again for any future moves. Marc was very accommodating and timely. Answered all of our questions and was super helpful with setting our up dates. The driver of the truck was an expert and followed all of our instructions to a T. Without a doubt this made our move exponentially easier.

As long as you give them ample notification, having the option to view the contents for free once every 4 weeks was the deciding factor for my long term storage needs.

Awesome experience from speaking to the first representative about renting a unit, to the delivery driver and finally setting up a pick up of the storage unit. Storage unit was clean, leak proof, very spacious, secure and odour free. Nikisha was the last representative that I spoke to, and like all of the staff that I had interacted with, was extremely professional, very kind, helpful, patient and very efficient.

When our renovations took longer than expected, Cubeit came to the rescue. Their service was prompt and professional. I didn’t need to deal with the fuss of asking family/friends to store our belongings and then deal with moving it to our property one more time. I only wish I’d thought about them before booking a moving van; packing a Cubeit and having it delivered to my location would have been so much easier!
