Awesome experience from speaking to the first representative about renting a unit, to the delivery driver and finally setting up a pick up of the storage unit. Storage unit was clean, leak proof, very spacious, secure and odour free. Nikisha was the last representative that I spoke to, and like all of the staff that I had interacted with, was extremely professional, very kind, helpful, patient and very efficient.

When our renovations took longer than expected, Cubeit came to the rescue. Their service was prompt and professional. I didn’t need to deal with the fuss of asking family/friends to store our belongings and then deal with moving it to our property one more time. I only wish I’d thought about them before booking a moving van; packing a Cubeit and having it delivered to my location would have been so much easier!

Easy process, had no problems, driver gave great advice on how to place the weight throughout the container and to use moisture protectors!!

Courteous, helpful, friendly staff. Arrived on time for drop offs and pick ups. Took care to protect my property during the whole process. The box arrived clean and proved to be weathertite. Price was also very competitive, especially with the promo for 1/2 off first month rental. Highly recommended.

Pick up and drop off were super easy. The arms used to leave the pod do it in a gentle way so even the strata didn’t have a problem with it. Great system! Great service! Highly recommend.
