I have called the Service Desk SEVEN TIMES (and no I am not exaggerating) and still waiting for them to call back with information/booking/pricing I requested. I bought Ford because I trusted them for quality and my partner said their customer service was great but it seems it was a useless moot point given I can't even get a hold of anyone or get into to the Shop to fix my sluggish, turtle car...I have spoken to 2 people who said their Service manager and Sales Person would call me back with the info AND I followed up with FOUR voicemails to get my car Throttle body replaced (which apparently Ford extended the warranty for as its a known issue) and after 2 MONTHS of trying to get a hold of them I have officially given up and will go pay money out of pocket to a local to replace my throttle body just so my car isn't fudged anymore!! (I would do it myself but the bolts are on so frigging tight that no one can get them off manually). Go Ford. Woo. (Down thumbs emoji, angry face emoji, disappointed emoji, angry customer emoji, never buying ford again emoji)...Supremely disappointed.

Sleezy sales department. Sales guy gives the price of the vehicle & the sales manager comes in to say it’s actually $4,000 above sticker price.Very scummy way of doing business, had to get my one vehicles from them , but VERY glad I purchased my Bronco from ocean park ford.Much better service department, sales people don’t lie to you, no bait and switch.I had previous terrible experiences with dams service team too with my Focus RS. All my business is done at ocean park. They are absolutely incredible. Drivers, techs, parts people, service staff, sales staff, managers…Only reason I got the maverick from dams is because they had it in stock.

Your typical car dealer. BUTWhat I will say is that Tyler P provided superior service, coming in on a snow day - after he was off - to help with an emergency purchase. He was professional and helpful, and is still providing after-purchase assistance long after the sale. Kudos to him.

Took my truck here for an ICBC claim. After picking up the truck during day time I realized that one of my headlights is not working once it got dark outside. Tried contacting them about it numerous times to no avail. They always just say someone will call me back and it has not happened yet. This is a safety issue and I am disgusted at their customer service or care for safety of a driver. Will be escalating this issue with ICBC and Ford Canada. Complete joke. Stay away from this place.

I reached out to a friend @ Dams ford that connected me with Corey, their service manager. I had a unique situation where my passport had been pushed into my console via the sliding storage lid on the console in my f150. Corey was able to coordinate with his service team to get my truck in first thing in the am the next day to retrieve my passport in a timely manner as I needed it for the weekend. Dam's is a busy dealership so for Corey and his team to handle this as quickly as they did was amazing! I have been getting all my service work done at their shop since I purchased my F150 and have enjoyed my experience with the Dam's team and will continue to bring my business their way. Thank you to Corey, his team and Jamal for your professionalism and excellent service!

Tried calling the service department multiple times to book an appointment, couldn’t get through, I should have stopped at thatTried using the online chat to book, no one got back to meWent in person and booked an oil service and to have 2 recalls done, this was going to take them 3 hours to completethis had to be done during the week and not on a weekend, fair enough, I took the time off work to get it doneI called after this and tried the online chat to ask about the shuttle service, no one got back to me. I get a text confirming my appointment time, I reply inquiring again about the shuttle, no one got back to me, I make other arrangementsI wait obscenely long to drop the truck at my 12:00 appointmentI come back after 5:00 like advisedThey were not able to produce the record of inspection for some reason and didn’t offer a way to get it to meAnd apparently no one ordered the parts to do the recalls… after having my truck for 5 hours, and taking a half a day off work I got an overpriced (full price) oil change with no inspection …and none of my recalls done.No little perk of a car wash or vaccumWhat a pathetic terrible experienceThis is the first online review I’ve done in my life
