Great customer support! The CSR was friendly and narrowed down my shipment status in no time. The interaction was quick and professional. Only knocking off one star because of a slight delivery delay caused by bridge traffic, but I’d definitely use them again.

I needed to send a package and wasn’t happy with the options UPS was giving me. I saw a Diamond Delivery truck drive by and decided to call them instead. They were super easy to deal with and got it delivered way quicker than I expected. Really great local service.
