Honestly, this is hands down the most outrageous store I’ve ever walked into. To the manager in charge, I’ve got some serious issues not just with your staff but also with how disgusting the store is overall. The level of racism I faced as a Black woman in your place is something I never thought I’d have to deal with in this day and age. It was completely shocking and totally unacceptable.I felt like I had stepped into some kind of dystopian nightmare where ignorance and prejudice were the norm. The way your Punjabi employees acted was not just unprofessional; it was straight-up offensive and intolerable. Their behavior made the whole atmosphere uncomfortable and honestly humiliating. I really urge you to take action and rethink who you have working there because they’ve turned what should be a welcoming space into a hostile one. This experience has left me feeling completely disheartened and outraged.

Couple of days back I visited this store and can't deny that this is the worst store in town and manager is so rude doesn't know how to response properly and respect the costumer although some employees working are nice and friendly

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Was in line, had to wait to get service since the brown cashier was chatting/laughing with a coworker in their language INFRONT OF THE CUSTOMER when they shouldn't be. No professionalism at all. Actually, hire someone who knows how to do the job and not just because they're your own people. Unfortunately, it seems like a pattern in surrey. So people have to deal with incompetent workers.

Me and my husband witnessed the managers firing a girl who seemed disabled. It was so sad to see and uncalled for. I’ve seen her cleaning around the store before she’s such a sweet girl. I was actually disgusted and I won’t be returning to this location.

Does not need any starCheap in prices and qualityVery low quality plastic not good for health very bad ceramic products and all cleaning supplies are just watery .That’s why so low prices , Dollarama is still betterCrafts are hard to stick on.
