It's decent for a quick few items. They don't let you take shopping cart out to your car, though, which could be difficult for people with disabilities. In general, staff are helpful enough, but I find it annoying to be followed by security while groups of teenagers walk out loaded up and laughing. I also dislike panhandlers by entrance. Why wouldn't security deal with that?

I just came home after I bought a bundle of items from your store in Guildford 152 st, I haven't noticed it when I was at the store but it seems you have a rat/mouse problem and I encourage you to take this seriously, the brand (Balocco) Wafers Hazelnut, and I just noticed a critter has bitten through the cover and reached the wafers inside (check the pics). I encourage any customer to carefully examine your goods especially food related before you check out, the bite was from a small part near corner that wasn't obvious when I purchased it.

We were literally just at this location, bought a bunch of stuff, and they didn’t even let my 4 year old son use their bathroom!! He was literally about to pee his pants so my husband asked if my son could please use it and they just say ‘no’, so my poor son has to run outside and pee his pants…
I am beyond disgusted with this location due to this, and my poor son is crying and wondering why they wouldn’t allow him to just use their bathroom, and instead, he had to go pee outside like an animals.
Shame on the employees and owner of this location if this is the actual rule. We were freaken paying customers for god sake and he is FOUR YEARS OLD!
Disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves.

Store security and staff are telling people they're already closed at 6:50pm even though sign days 7pm. I had to insist that I will be in and out in 5 minutes to grab a couple of items. I don't mean to come across as entitled but if they really want to close and start preparing to go home, they should just change the store hours to reflect a closing time of 6:45. On my way out, I see the staff turning away people even though it's still 5 minutes to the closing time posted on the door sign. Never experienced this before at this location nor at any Dollarama.
