I would never go to this place again, it is a scam, just went there with the price sign of 159.9, then when I was in the middle of filling up, it suddenly changed to 166.9, I had no choice but to continue, then went inside questioning the staff the cheating and unethical practice and he couldn’t give me any logic explanation. Plus they would not give me a printout of the receipt, and I have to go inside to ask the staff for it, this had never happened to me before (I always got the receipt at the pump after finish), I suspect they try to hide their cheating by not providing receipt evidence.
After this I drove right past another ESSO at 24th & King George, the price sign is still 159.9, so I do think this ESSO at 24th &152nd is a scam.
Don’t go there, if I could give 0 or negative, I would do so, this place is so unethical, I would file a complaint, via BBB as well.

The staff was very rude. She yelled at my nine-year-old daughter and her friend when they were looking for the flavor of the candy they wanted. The staff accused them of shoplifting and told them they could get arrested. Very bad customer service.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I used the car wash and my back bumper was still filthy. When I called to complain she said I had to come right back otherwise according to their policy there was nothing she could do to help me. I told her I have photos and I would like to email the owner so they are aware the car wash needs upgrades or recalibration. She said no to giving out an email. What a waste of $15.

They used to have a touchless car wash, but recently downgraded to a touch-wash with the rubber flaps that destroy your car's paint if you use them regularly, and do a crappy cleaning job to boot. Not knowing about this "upgrade", I bought a car wash. When the entrance to the wash opened, I saw the brushes, but couldn't reverse out because the driveway is so narrow and high curbed. Not wanting to damage my car, I went in, but couldn't couldn't get out the exit garage until I got out of the car and pressed the red emergency exit button on the side.
When I went to the cashier, she said there was no way to refund the wash; no in-store credit or gas credit either. What a waste of money.
Otherwise, the gas facilities are nice: they have a large yard that isn't too busy and they've done some nice upgrades to the gas pumps with credit card tap and a modern touch interface.
For car wash - zero stars. For service - zero stars. For gas on the go, solid 4.5 stars.

My credit card got hacked here, good thing I have transaction notifications. Minutes after leaving this gas station, I've got multiple fraudulent transactions out of nowhere on my card. Please avoid.

There was a pile of garbage by the gas pump..and the Car
Wash just beats your car up and at one point it felt like my car was pushed from the side..It was a better car wash before when it was no touch...I won't be back

Touchless car washes are far from perfect. But, the switch to mechanical car wash, at this location, left scratches all over the hood of my brand new car. It felt very rough when I was in my car so I checked afterwards and sure enough. Now it’s going to cost me. No more mechanical car washes for me. And with the bitter taste in my mouth, never going back to this location again.
