Customer service matters, and unfortunately, my experience here was not a good one. The assistant was impolite and unhelpful, which made the visit unpleasant. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better standards of behavior in the future.

I like this station, it’s huge in space. And I am not talking about the station itself alone. I am talking about the fact it has a real Tim Hortons inside of it with a drive thru. Not just a small stand or something. Also the parking there is so easy if you’re not filling up gas. Give it a visit

Title: Very disappointing car wash and poor service
Review:
I had a very bad experience at this Esso gas station car wash. My car was not cleaned properly at all — there were still dirt spots and streaks even after the wash. It looked like nothing was done.
When I tried to ask for help, the person working there was not helpful at all. Instead of assisting me, he had an attitude and acted like he didn’t care. This kind of behavior is very unprofessional and disappointing.
I expected better service from Esso, but this experience was a waste of money and time. I would not recommend anyone to use this car wash.

had a very disappointing experience at this 7 eleven. The customer service was unacceptable. The cutting service lady RUPAN was extremely unprofessional and rude in her approach. No customer should have to deal with that kind of attitude. If this is the standard of service here, I would strongly advise others to avoid this location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The customer service was unprofessional, and the staff, particularly some of the female employees, need training on how to speak politely and respectfully to customers. Additionally, the washroom is almost always out of service, even for paying customers, which is very inconvenient. Overall, the lack of basic customer care and facilities made my visit unpleasant.

👎👎Esso gas Every time I search at a gas station, the rate is different, and every time I go there, the rate is higher.

Worst customer service i have ever received from any 7 eleven, There vacuum doesn’t work of car wash i paid for extreme car wash and they don’t even care about that.you just keep arguing and the guy at front he said it’s not possible wow , bad experience never recommend .

DO NOT use the car wash at this location.
I had significant damage to the paint on the left side of our minivan. multiple scratches and couple chunks out of the paint
