The label for my shipment has been created but its not been handed out from 4 days. I paid for a express delivery and the package has not left even the store yet.Just pathetic service

Slowest service! Nobody cares whether the line up is until the main entrance! No one is stepping up to help! I waited for almost 30 minutes just process a return! How ridiculous it is!
