Came here to claim a missed delivery. The customer claim centre is a slight right after entering the property. Signage for public access could be a bit better, but it is marked. Staff was friendly and professional. Lobby is tidy and average size for a post office type place.

Attempts to deliver my package and leave a pickup slip that I can use to get my package anytime after 5pm drove to staples Langley wasted 45 minutes to find out they didn’t have it the driver took it back. Made me pay $108 in import fees and held my package. I was told to pay online and they redeliver which was also false. Package ended up being held at the Surrey location for ransom again.Call after call after call and absolutely no help at all super pathetic way to run a business.Literally took an entire day off waiting for my package to be deliver but due to severe neglect and incompetence I had to find MY OWN PACKAGE THROUGH multiple calls. If you can avoid fedex for delivery I would highly recommend staying away.

The vendor gave FedEx an incomplete address so FedEx could not deliver my package. This left me with a choice: Either have it returned to the vendor and re-shipped, or pick it up at the FedEx shipping centre. I chose to pick up. The building is not visible from the street, but once you get in the parking lot, it's clearly marked. The staff were very friendly, and had my parcel in my hands in less than two minutes. Very professional operation. It's clear that most of the people leaving negative reviews had complaints about issues outside of FedEx's control, such as an incorrect address like I had, or having to pay import duties.

Awesome team! I had a really important document to pick, and needed that urgently, it was scheduled to be delivered on the Monday, but the team at the front counter working Saturday, did an extra effort to help me find that from one of their locked containers and assisted with the pickup well before the scheduled time.

We were looking forward to a delivery, and I was home all day…no doorbell or knock. I went outside at 2pm, and found a notice on my door left at 1:20pm saying “sorry we missed you”….when they didn’t even knock or doorbell? Now I have to drive 25mins out of my way to pick up a package that could have been delivered. So frustrating, this is not the first time with FedEx not making any attempt to deliver.

This shipping company always delays my shipment. I have so many experience with this shipping carrier where They want you to pick up your package rather than buzz your door or call you on your phone to give you the package. Drivers don't even know how to use a door buzzer or just call to know if you're there.

You had one job: deliver the package. We saw a slip posted on the exterior of our residence stuck to a window; we can find no evidence that the driver tried to reach us for delivery. The slip stated it was the final attempt and left a number to call for additional details. The phone message stated another delivery attempt was going to be scheduled the day after a long weekend, or else we could pick up the package at the warehouse facility across town.We waited for the delivery; it didn't come on the day listed in the phone message, so we called the number again hoping to redirect the package rather than have to drive to the warehouse facility across town to retrieve it. The message on the phone line had changed - it now said the package was required to be picked up, was being held across town at the warehouse location and would only be held a few more days. This facility, a 30-minute drive, was closed all long weekend and closed by 6 pm on weekdays. There was no way to access it at a convenient time.We finally bit the bullet and drove out there after work. After pickup, we complained to the company who we ordered from and they recommended filing a claim directly with FedEx as there was no way to address this concern on their end. This is not possible. There isn't a way to contact support for FedEx due to unreasonably redirected packages left for pickup half an hour away from the delivery destination.Instead we tried to go online for the next order from this company to request that future deliveries to be held at nearer locations closer to our residence, but the map said there were no nearby locations near our address; the whole map of North America was blank with no locations. Even this one was not on the map.Every attempt to create an account on the FedEx website in order to attempt to file a claim recurred with the same bug in the fillable form not accepting our address. It finally accepted a variant of the address that was partly incorrect. In the final step of account creation it said a technical error had occurred and that the profile couldn't be created, yet it still logged us in with our name somehow.During the process of filing a claim there was no selection in the claim drop-down menu with anything remotely related to the long distance pickup concern. Filing claims is only for very specific and narrow circumstances related to damage, incomplete deliveries, and cash not being charged on delivery. I could find no way to contact support or actually file a claim about the issue we had.Every attempt to chat with the support on the site says no live chat supports are available. The sole option is to sit on the phone to complain. It would seem that the FedEx way to avoid dealing with customers is to make it impossible to reach them, with no way for accounts to function so you can't utilize the tools they say that they offer, nor file complaints about issues related to delivery accessibility.Neither we nor the company we ordered from were reimbursed for the inconvenience and cost of driving to pick up the package that you were paid to deliver to our residence. The only way to avoid the cycle of insanity is to avoid FedEx altogether. For goodness sake, anyone reading this, do your customers and yourself a favour and ship with a courier who is is actually accountable to clients shipping AND receiving, remains service-oriented and that does their one job!

The delivery driver didn’t know how to use the buzzer. I’m waiting for my package for 2 days. The customer service was not helpful. Not recommended.

They told me they attempted three times but I dont think that happened. I didnt receive any call from them that they are outside the building, and because of that they want me to pick it up. It is a hassle! Not doing the job properly whoever your driver is. They said they they never use their own phone to call customer then block the caller ID or might as well Fed Ex provide your people phone.. Is this just a way for you guys lessen your job, saying you attempted to deliver??? AND YOU WANT CUSTOMER TO PICK UP THEMSELVES??

Fedex is the worst. If I have a package and I learned that they shipped it with Fedex, I always request it to be held in Staples near my home because their delivery person doesn't even try delivering. This happened twice. I asked it to be held near my place, but they still keep on transferring it to this location, which is 1hr commute to my place or 25 mins drive. If I asked them to transfer it to drop off center near me, they refused and told me to ask shipper because it's restricted. Maybe next time, try to deliver it first. Calling back and forth with them and no solutions but to send it back to shipper, which is a waste of shipping fees
