Went to return my phone that I had purchased because I switched to Telus. The lady working there Ravneet had a very aggressive behaviour and and did not listen to me and she treated me like I was stupid or something. I just wanted to return my phone but got treated very poorly. I would hope she gets to acknowledge her mistake and make sure this doesn’t happen in the future again. She had some anger issues and had doesn’t know how to handle a costumer in a polite and understandable way. I would request the owner to train her better so no other costumer gets treated the way I did today.
