Such a rude service. I came here at 7:05 pm on 1st November 2024. So we came here and there was no customer service and rude service. She declined to assist us. I would not recommend to anyone to visit here.

I never get a good service from this store. This is so bad. It's better to go to vancouver fido stores as they now how to handle the situation.

I had an amazing experience at this Fido location, thanks to the outstanding help from the manager, Monica. I wasn't expecting much when I walked in, but they went above and beyond to assist me with my issue. Monica was incredibly patient, professional, and proactive in finding the best solution, turning what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and pleasant one. It's rare to encounter such exceptional customer service these days!

Useless location, “doesn’t have access to billing” and can’t simply change a credit card on file. What do you have access to then. Was told a few months ago to come in with the account holder to change credit cards. So I do. Now we need to go to a corporate location because they apparently can’t do that. Switching carriers, customer service here is continuously rude and careless. Didn’t even get greeted when we walked in to an empty store.

I would like to commend Ms. Simranpreet for the exemplary service. I received a call from her notifying me of my pre-ordered iPhone 16 Pro Max. Upon entering the store, she greeted me with a nice smile as she was serving another customers. She was genuinely enjoying helping and serving me and the customers before me. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She offered me upgrades with a genuine smile that made it hard for me to refuse but without me feeling being robbed compared to other service providers and their associates. I left the store happy and fulfilled. Thank you Ms. Simran. She and Fido’s good service are the very reason why I remain a loyal customer. I will continue bringing friends to Fido. Thank you.
