I ask to change my plan but they said the black Friday promo is over. I checked their website and it's not. So I'm switching to other carrier. They are trying to gain new customers but they are losing their existing customers.

Gave me the wrong SIM card. Waited to port for over half an hour. Stalled my plans because I had no cellular or internet connectivity. Suspected something wrong and went to another Fido/Rogers to rectify. Wasted day.

I can’t manage with your staff specially priyanka she did not deal with us because she was dealing with two guys for passing the time…. We waited approx 30 min for deal this was a bad experience with fido.
