I had a great experience at Forever 21! Dani, the storage manager, was super helpful and friendly. She made sure I found everything I needed and made the whole shopping experience so smooth. Honestly, her positive vibe and professionalism really stood out. Big thanks to her and the team for such awesome service!

I recently visited the Forever21 store, and I had such a great experience! The customer service was exceptional, and I want to give special recognition to Dani, the Store Manager. She was incredibly attentive, friendly, and ensured I had everything I needed. Her professionalism and positive attitude really stood out and made my visit so much better.
I also want to congratulate the directors of Forever21 for providing opportunities to young and talented individuals like Dani to lead as Store Managers. It’s inspiring to see companies valuing and empowering young professionals.
Thank you, Dani, and the entire team at Forever21 for such excellent service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We are glad that F21 came back.
I went with my sister to buy some Christmas presents and the staff helped us a lot to find the correct items for the occasion. I bought 7 items and the cashier was fast! We had a good experience and I am coming back for sure!

Does this store take returns from Shein orders? If yes is it back on card or store credit?

0 stars if I could. Worst customer service. They left the magnetic tag on my jacket. Had to drive 40 minutes to get it removed, No apologies, just removed the tag and they said this stuff happens. Never shopping here again

This used to be my favorite store. Unfortunately over the years the quality of clothes has gone down. They’ve move to a small shop at the mall and there’s barely any decent selection. You get a gift card when returning something which almost never worked properly when you try to use it next time. The cashier tried to turn me away today cause the gift card doesn’t swipe. Eventually she was able to help me after I insisted. Sad to see forever21 turned out this way.

Last Friday a worker named Sara helped me out so much in the fitting rooms. When I needed different sizes she was there right away to help me out. I honestly don’t think I would have bought the clothes I tried on if she didn’t hype me up! She also kept the fitting room super neat and was making sure that everyone was cared for. If you shop here definitely make sure that you go to Sara for help!

I had a terrible experience at the Forever 21 changing rooms due to the incredibly rude and unprofessional behavior of Catherine, who was working there. From the moment my friend and I arrived to try on dresses, she ignored us and allowed the person behind us to use the empty room instead. Catherine didn't greet us with a smile, but rather with a disdainful look, making us feel judged and unwelcome.She didn't ask us how many dresses we had or offer any assistance. As my friend and I were trying on dresses and showing each other, like friends do, she was clearly watching but offered no help. At one point, I stepped into my friend's dressing room to get help zipping up a dress. Catherine then took my other shopping bags and threw them outside the room into a corner and placed my personal clothes on a table, even though it was obvious they weren't store merchandise.When I came out, I found someone else in my room and my belongings scattered. I informed the lady that my stuff was in the room, but Catherine didn't apologize. Instead, she rudely told me I took too long and started speaking in Spanish to her coworker. I struggled to find all my items while she stood by and didn't offer any help.Even as I left, I said thank you out of politeness, but she just looked at me without any acknowledgment. My friend went back to ask for her name because we were both shocked by her lack of manners and professionalism. It's astounding that someone so rude is working in customer service. This experience has made me rethink shopping at Forever 21 again.

My daughter was in trying on clothes. The girl at the back was miserable and not helpful at all.Then when we took her stuff to the till, Gabrielle just chucked my daughter's new things in the bag without folding them, dropped a couple things on the floor and jammed it all into 2 bags. So full the bag began to rip.I think we will be going elsewhere next time we drop over $350.00 for clothes. What a low budget experience!Ms FancyLevel 7 Google Reviewer
