all freedom plans have unlimited data and that where they get compared to other companies. i switched to freedom because getting unlimited data seemed more of deal but i have 60g data + unlimited and for the 2 years of my contract each month I was only able to use 1g due to the horrible service. the data connection is so slow at times it works then others its doesn’t at all.
i used to live in the okanogan same problem and same here in the city this company just doesn’t fund the service connection for our data to work. better off going to any other place and getting a different plan because how am i on a 2 year contract with unlimited data after 110mb of data used it’s slow i’ve never been able to use more than 1g and pay 80$ a month. and before you tell me im going on a rant every other phone provider told me that their clients coming from freedom said the same, yelp & google reviews and other ppl i’ve talk to.

I got great customer service from Jennifer. Very professional and knowledgeable on the services and plans for Freedom. I recommend talking to her if you're looking to buy or update your Freedom plan.

Super rude lady, with the dark hair and blue eyes didn’t catch her name. Just came in for a question regards my plan and she left for a minute when I came in, so I waited and when she finally came out she wanted to help the people who had come after me first and when I walked up to her to ask my question she was super rude and blunt about it. I had already come in a few weeks earlier and she gave me the wrong information which ended on the wrong charge to my card. If I could give 0 stars i would
