I went there yesterday, 23rd July, around 1 pm. to return a pant, and the lady on the counter tried to return, and she called the manager to complete the process with her authorization, but the manager was very rudely replied that I should check the return policy before coming and they not gonna return this, and she said I can donate this if I like. Is this customer service ??

I had 2 problems with the manager due to an exchange. Once he told me that I had exceeded 60 days to exchange… ok and today he told me that I had exceeded 30 days. She is not friendly. disappointed. I loved the other manager.

I bought my daughter's jogger and it has magnet tag on. The cashier forgot to take that off. Now I need receipt to remove it from other store which I threw away. It is so much frustrating for me to take it off as if I will try it can rip up the fabric. I really want to go there to show it to the store manager but unfortunately I am living far away. So So much frustrated because of their negligancy.
