I lost all my medication during a move on a stat holiday and they did a rush delivery for everything the very next day. They are great at working with me about my accessibility needs and allergies/intolerances to non-medicinal ingredients. They have in the past specially ordered an OTC nasal spray that was the only thing I could use but couldn’t find anywhere else because it was backordered due to supply issues. Great, friendly, prompt customer service. Nothing but positive experiences!

I am a customer of this pharmacy for so many years. I shouldn't have forgotten to give a review of their great services and support. The staffs are so friendly and helpful. Finally I found a place that provided a great support for my Special Need child to get vaccinated. Thank you so much. Really appreciate it. That meant a lot to me and my family ❤️

Where do I even start?! Gateway pharmacy has always gone above and beyond for myself and my family. Tom has been quick to help/advise if I have questions and also ensures everything is going ok. He also checks in and asks how the family is doing. The staff have been very kind to us and I still go out of my way to use their services as I have always appreciated their business.
Thanks you guys for many many years of support and doing the best for your customers! Hope I have you guys around for many more years in the future!

Gateway Pharmacy is by far the best that I've come across in the Lower Mainland. Even after moving out to Vancouver, I still use their services when it's feasible. They even deliver all the way out to Vancouver for free, which is some above and beyond service right there. (Although I do feel bad about the distance...) Occasionally, it may take a number of extra days until they can deliver that far out, but I've found they're otherwise quite flexible with coordination. Shout out to the lovely staff there, especially Emily and Tom, the pharmacists. They're the friendliest and always come in clutch with helping you out. They help me with my (last minute) prescription refills, and I trust them the most for advice on my prescriptions, and even finding cost-saving alternatives. Before I had better insurance coverage and MSP covering the costs, they referred me at their own initiative to Costco to get an IUD at a more affordable cost, so, know they have your well-being prioritized. Millennial me wishes Gateway Pharmacy had some online services and were closer, but I still choose them over other large chains. Thanks for being so rad!

Wait 3 to 6 hours at shoppers drug Mart or wait 10 minutes for your prescription...................... hard choice. Great people working here.

Tom and Emily along with all the staff at Gateway Pharmacy, are a masterclass on how to properly run a pharmacy. Tom is amazing pharmacist! Followed up on numerous times for my daughter who was ill and was very supportive and super helpful. Definately went above and beyond and am very thankful for everything he and his team does!

Had Covid and flu vaccine there, the nurse prefilled the syringes and took both of them out from the fridge without labels on them. I am ok if you prefilled your syringe with labels or if you just draw the meds in front of me without labels. The ways she did it just made me feel she was not very professional.Add: I did not see any mark from distinct markers on the syringes. You guys are using the exact same syringe for both covid shot and the flu shot. They are the exact same look syringes, and both shots are the same volume(ml), the meds have the same clear color. How do you ensure there is no error to be made? I am not sure what policies you are following. But elsewhere where I had my previous covid shot, they drew the medication in front of people. As far as I know, in other covid/flu shots locations this year, they do covid shot on one table and flu shot on another table. Running covid vaccine clinic is a huge responsibility, I hope you are following the same policy and procedures as other vaccine clinics.
