We've been going to the Boundary Park location for years. Kate was amazing and like many of the staff but has moved location. Today my son's hair was cut by someone and she did not listen to what he wanted. He had been growing it out for 7 months and only came in for a trim and thinning. She decided to do her own thing and cut his hair short. We have an event coming up and she has destroyed the look he wanted. Yes it's hair and it will grow back but seriously listen to the client's wishes as they are wanting what they are paying for. Now I have a very upset family member who I have to deal with when it's an issue that could have been avoided. Will never trust this individual again to cut any family member's hair.

I got my haircut from Kiran today. This is the 2nd time she's cut my hair. I came back here specifically to have her cut my hair again because I really liked the cut/style she gave me last time.
She is so sweet and she does a great job. She listens to exactly what you want. I was in and out quickly, and the price was great. Thanks, Kiran!!

Great Service. Kiren cut my hair did a great job. Sanitizing was put first after each customer left. Cleanliness was 1st, very impressive staff routine on safety of customers! Would highly recommend.

I visit this place for the very first time and i mer there a very rude hair cut lady name Mercy. She was really mean to me i was standing next to my aunt and looking at her haircut Lady Mercy said stand somewhere else i want to welcome my guests not you. So disrespectful and rude behaviour i was super nice to her and she was mean.
I hope this place needs better staff to serve their customers better.

The people didn't even greet me or anything when I came here with my daughter.But, greeted and asked every other person that walked through that door. No questions asked . I sat there for about 15mins or so, With my daughter. And then I went up to the counter one lady just looked at me and didn't say a word . Then another lady ( worker ) looked over at me a couple times . Again, didn't say a word .( I went to the counter after another person did , the one lady helped him right away ) I didn't feel welcomed at all! My daughter really wanted her haircut so I stayed for her. If it were for me I'd have just up and left .

I just got my haircut i said to have my longer side at my elbow and long layers and she cut my hair til just a couple inches past my shoulders. I literally have basically a v shaped hair which is ugly I now prefer to cut my own hair from this day forwards. i’m extremely upset with my hair i am a girl so i’m having breakdowns my hand goes thru my hair in .5 millisecond i have no hair i can’t do hairstyles not even a bun. I DISLIKE the hair cut so bad Now i got to spend idk how long in shame til they grow unfortunately i had hair below my back. I attached the pics below the ones i wanted does that look short no right and The lady cut my hair 20 times shorter and i was to shy to tell her I did say i said elbow but she was like it is elbow. like one hair reached the elbow the rest well above. Very unfortunate. I wanted to dye my hair too in another place but bc of this haircut i cancelled all of that extremely disappointed. I wish i spent extra money else where or ended up not going.
