Taha salesman he took care of us and our issues that we had , we r much appreciated and love to come back here and shop at the Guess store , and he went out of his way to help us , he’s very polite and that’s how everyone should be like him (Taha ) I recommend that everyone should deals with him and rest of staff were good too , enjoy

I recently visited the Guess store with a friend to shop for some gifts. Overall, the associates were very helpful and attentive, making our shopping experience pleasant.
However, we encountered an incident that I feel needs to be addressed. While we were holding our selected items and an associate was kindly assisting us by checking prices, another associate with grown-out caramel-colored hair approached us. This associate abruptly took our items from our hands and mentioned that we could only get them back after paying for them.
Having worked in hospitality for the past three years, I understand the importance of treating customers with respect and courtesy. This interaction felt quite unprofessional and not in line with the customer service standards I am accustomed to.
I hope this feedback can help improve the shopping experience for others in the future. Thank you.

Great customer service from this location. Much better service than metrotown location. I was helped by guy named taha and he was very helpful in helping me find what i needed. He helped me put together an outfit for my husband and im very happy that i got a good customer service. 10/10 recommend!!

I went in to exchange a jacket I got as a gift because I felt the jacket was very heavy for me and the manager Tara Khan was very unhelpful I told him that all I want to do is exchange the jacket , I wasn’t even asking for a refund and as a curtesy to help out their customer he wasn’t willing to do that, it was honestly the worst experience I have ever had, I will never be shopping here ever again and i recommend everyone to please never shop at this location ever again, they seem like they only care about losing money than helping out their customers, please DO NOT give these guys your money it’s not worth it, I will make sure my friends and family will never shop here ever again. If I had the option I would give this store and this company ZERO stars for their customer service.

Bought a guess jacket at Metrotown but they wont let me return my jacket that is brand new and has tags on it for in store credit at Guildford, they said I have to drive all the way to Metrotown for that. The managers name is Sonia.

I’ve been thinking about how costumer service is dead these days and it was confirmed today after walking into this store. I had asked the manager, Patricia, a question about a dress that was being displayed that had stains/marks and piling. Patricia told me to just get another one and walks away. It is GRAD season and I was looking for a dress and her response was worthless as I would have looked for another dress anyways. Why have dirty dresses displayed for costumers to buy?
