I made an online order for a set of covers for a bath chair that my parents use. The order was made online, easy checkout process and this was followed by fast shipping. Really easy process from start to finish. Absolutely 5 Star Service.

It has been a frustrating experience trying to order compression socks with them. The order/charge was put through for socks that were not in stock (please update website to make only in stock items available to avoid frustrations), and they purposed other socks. Fine, we chose an alternative, then another, due to stocking issues. However, they were shipping out the wrong socks and when responding to the shipment notification, all the responses were AI generated (are issues even being addressed when AI is the auto response).
1) the website needs to be updated with stock availability
2) do not charge first when the items can't even be purchased; our credit card is not charge-as-you-please, then adjust after
3) have customer service read through the email responses (as there were different agents) before responding and putting an amended order through (that was full of errors), or further confirm the details before putting it through
4) stop with the AI generated responses; it is both impersonal and further frustrating on addressing concerns and errors coming from the company end

I had a great experience ordering from Halo Healthcare online. Before placing my order, I emailed them to ask about the supplement’s expiry date, and they replied quickly and clearly.
The order arrived in good condition and matched exactly what I expected.
To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to order at first because of some negative reviews, but I’m glad I gave them a chance. Everything went smoothly, and I’m writing this review to encourage others who might be unsure like I was.

I ordered a pillow for my Mom back in February because she was having neck pain. So we got the cervical support pillow. It was quite expensive for a single pillow and shipping on top of that. When it arrived it had some holes in the packaging which was quite concerning.
When she felt the support and tried lying on it, it was very uncomfortable. So we emailed halo health care to return it, to look for one that is more comfortable.
However, the return process was surprisingly very streamlined, and Darrel was kind to let us return it.
The customer service is actually very nice! Unfortunately we never found a suitable pillow, but we found the team to be fantastic in communication.
Ps. We also found out they're in the same area as us! Awesome 😂

I phoned both ph numbers 3-5 times over a 2hr. period and did not get any answer, not even a bussy signal.then I did a chat message and did not get a responce about why know one answered the ph. then I sent an email and asked if they had the product i wanted and was told yes so I did an online payment, and asked if they were open and they said yes so I drove out to pick up the product. I took 1hr. to get there only to be told they were out of stock. there order was backordered science Feb. So I asked why they didn't say that when I placed the order.
The woman there was very apologetic but I told her just wasted 2 hr. of my time and $50. of gas to get there and go back empty handed.

I've ordered a few products from HaloHealthcare.com and they are good quality, and rest assured if they are not, they will refund you. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them. Good & honest company!!

NO Sense of Urgency at ALL........ I purchased on line on December 27th... they sent it by Canada post yesterday. I asked for the quicket possible delivery method, which was ignored. It will arrive on January 9th...I hope. My 93 year old mother is depending on this purchase... When I contacted customer service each response was clearly a form letter canned response. Poor Customer service .

The first transport chair I order wasn't what I expected, so I asked the Halo team to help with an exchange. They were quite helpful and I'm very pleased with the replacement one. Great customer service!

I purchased the Cerv-Align Orthopedic Pillow. I DO NOT recommend. It's an awful design and has increased my pain. The cervical support is too firm and it is not foam, so it has no give. The cervical area presses into my neck and causes pain and numbness. The entire pillow is made of a cotton type material and is stuffed. It's cheaply made and doesn't craddle the head.
For the quality and design It's not worth the price. I reached out to customer service and they won't refund it, because I've used it.
