Worst accountant. This guy didn’t filed our taxes until October. Totally forgot it . And then I got Call from CRA. I have to pay penalty as well coz of these guys. I would have given 0 stars but there is no option for that. Edited after reply- not my personal taxes my company taxes.

Its been over two months that i ve deposited my documents and over a month that i ve made a payment but still dont know if they have filed my tax or not. I am calling them from past few weeks to ask whats going on with the tax filing but they dont pick up the call and do not respond back.*I would not recommend anyone for filing taxes here.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! Please save your time and do not deal with this joke of a place. We gave them the benefit of the doubt and stuck with them for 2 years and all I can say is I regret my decisions. They filled our taxes late both years and I’ve had to pay extra for it both times. Don’t bother trying to call in, they will never answer the phone or tell you nobody is in to take the complaint. On top of everything its the most disorganized place I’ve been to with paper stacks everywhere with peoples information laying out in the open for EVERYONE to see. Needless to say I will never be giving them my business ever again and I hope you choose the same route as well. Save your time and money and go to an actual professional.

Terrible accounting firm. Will file your taxes late. You pay the CRA penalty fee and you pay the accountant too! What a great deal if you like to lose money!How very funny they have decided to reply to my very old review. By calling me a liar. Well I have email proof that they refused to come and pick up my documents. I asked him to come 3 to 5 times. And then the CRA sent me a penalty letter.I will never recommend this company to anyone ever and I hope this company goes bankrupt.

Do not get you taxes done here! They filed my taxes 8 months late and that's with me asking them to do them. They wouldn't have if I hadn't asked. This is the biggest scam. You pay them to do your taxes and they do not even do so. I now owe the CRA money because these people decided not to do their job. How do you run a tax firm and not do people's taxes? Crazy.

I had an amazing experience with HB Tax. This was my first time filling my business taxes with them. Very friendly and helpful staff . Paul is very knowledgeable and has solutions for everything !
