I came in a couple days ago and everyone was so nice and helpful. Cadence was super sweet and great to talk to at the till. This was the second time she’s helped me through the till and to my surprise she did recognize me. Wonderful employees

My kid loves this place. Some items are priced pretty high if I am to be honest but my kid doesn't like any other store so we go when there are deals or buy one special item at full price when we can. Staff are friendly and helpful everytime we go. Wishing them a perfect Christmas 🎄

I can into your Guilford store Sunday December 7, 2025 and bought a few T-shirts. I saw another T-shirt I liked but wanted to think about it. I came back a few hours later to purchase the shirt only to find that the size I needed was no longer on the shelf. As I was standing there an employee was helping another customer and was willing to go to their stock room to look for a size. I took the opportunity to ask the employee if she was going back there would she mind looking for the shirt I wanted as well. Your employee was SO! Helpful and immediately agreed to look for my shirt size as well. When she returned she brought out multiple shirts. I was so impressed with her willingness to not only grab my shirt but others sizes as well. When I went up to pay for my purchase I asked the lady at the till for the employees name who was helping me. Amber was her name. With Christmas coming and the hectic retail experience Amber was such a delight.

Purchased several merchandise items here, both for personal use and as gifts. The store offers a wide variety of amazing products and unique designs. The staff were friendly, approachable, and informative, making the shopping experience pleasant. Prices were reasonable, and the location inside Guildford Town Centre, conveniently near the food court, makes it easy to stop by. There are also plenty of great establishments to visit after shopping at Hot Topic.

My daughter and I came in and got wonderful customer service from 2 employees when we went in there once in the afternoon and once in the evening. We went to guilford mall both Skye and Elena gave us advice on what my daughter was asking and making sure she got exactly what she was asking for and answered all her questions. I hope they both get told to keep up the great job and the manager knows how lucky it is to have such great employees!
