I had a fantastic experience at the Hot Topic store in Guildford Town Centre, thanks to Elena! Her customer service was exceptional—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Elena went above and beyond to assist me in finding exactly what I needed, and her positive attitude made the shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re looking for great customer service and a pleasant shopping trip, I highly recommend visiting this store and asking for Elena. She truly made my day!

I mean yeah its a great store and I love to shop here. But it's not fun when staff (suraya) work as if you're a thief rather than a loyal costumer. She made it so uncomfortable that I didn't even want to buy the merchandise. Service like that doesn't even deserve my loyalty let alone my purchase. But I thought, she's young and HOPEFULLY she will understand better when serving happy customers. That kind of wrong behavior usually sticks until they meet their maker though.

A cashier told us that we have Hot Cash that's ready to be used on September 13th on our account and suggested buying the hoodie on that date. We had the hoodie put on hold until then and when we went to go pick it up today, another worker told us we don't have Hot Cash showing on our account. They're going digital with their coupons and it's unfortunate that the system doesn't work. Ended up having to pay full price. Very disappointing.I will note that the staff are always very nice!! No complaints about them, just the new technology is why I gave 1 star

A favorite place to visit but definitely not the best location selection wise. A bit cramped but part of the charm. Metrotown has the best selection so far. Wish Canada had a warehouse so it's not so limited in selection since some items can't ship from the US. Love the printed t-shirts and the staff are always awesome. Visit almost every time I'm in the area unless I can't let myself buy anything ?
