Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Went here to return a Christmas gift that I bought online. And it took 2 hours. They had no clue what todo. Sent me all around the store and still no help. Never buy anything from these guys online. They are a joke

A great place to do any type of shopping, with a wide selection, good sales and great staff. It is a major stop on our Christmas shopping agenda!
However, recently we have found that all their stores do not have working escalators, and some do not have elevators.

If there’s an item in the online site but you can’t ship it to your home and the only store it has in stock is here, don’t even bother coming all the way to see if the store has it. Spent a good 30 mins trying to find the item I want only to find nothing and constantly searching “any staff” to ask for help and yet again only to be told “ya someone probably stole it, we have nothing in the back so that’s why the site it probably still showing it’s in stock.” Stores disorganized and no one gives a damn, I miss Hudson Bay what it used to be.

There’s a South Asian manager in the customer service (returns) section who refuses to accept returns within the prescribed time on one pretext or the other. We were refused a return on flimsy grounds that the item smells food (come-on). If I could provide negative reviews for such a pathetic customer service, it would have been a minus 10. We were asked to return the item at the parent location.

I am just glad all my vaccinations including travel and tetinus are upto date.
This store is filthy and disgusting. The store is in such financial distress that even carpet cleaning and vacuuming is being neglected. How can you consider buying a $4000 on sale high end love seat when the carpet area around it looks like it’s being sold in the New York public housing projects. The tiles and carpet in the store are held together by duct tape. Some tiles are missing and they’ve filled those areas in with cardboard. This is the same company as Saks 5th and Neiman Marcus in the USA, but the Canadian operation is a welfare version of it. This store is gross, they make wal mart look like a clean high end store. 🤢 🤮

I advise everyone not to shop from this store: Today, I was insulted and cursed 3 times by the girl who works in this place, her name is NASIM. She repeated the word "rude". I ask the owner of this place to take the necessary measures against her. She should re-employ better people than her - someone who deals fairly and not with racism. I am surprised by ( NASIM ) because she did not respect the age difference between us.

I came to buy some clothes with friends and this girl (NASIM) refused to sell to us and the store was open during working hours. She refused to sell to
us and she will continue to work and continue to sell items to others. She deals with this in racism in selling and started to go too far with very bad words and told us you are rude. I advise everyone not to deal with this store because the girl who works here does not speak respectfully to customers. The girl's name is NASIM

I was there 10:15 minutes today hurrying up to grab a Samsonite luggage...Alex was so mean when I asked if the pink color is on sale as well...so I grab another Samsonite color and type..she was in the cash registrar even if we were there waiting to pay...still continue to ignore me and my husband. We end up buying 2 luggage's at Bentley store nearby and the lady is so nice. That's the way suppose to treat a customer.
