Failed to deliver once, was given no window, now it’s being held 50 blocks away. Why Saxx decided to use a 1 star courier is anyone’s guess. Coulda bought undies anywhere in a 5km radius for less headache, and for cheaper.

Avoid this company. They passed my parcel from sorting facility to another. My in town package took 6 days to deliver 30km. Buyer Beware

Nice folks at the front desk! Was able to pickup my residential package after confirming with reps on the phone.
Just wish there was a depot closer to Vancouver proper/Burnaby
