Lost track of my receiver I chased after it and was mixed up with another. Finally their tec went on holiday . Eventually called me and said done. Got second call later reporting further repairs needed. Now telling me I’m delinquent in picking it up . Delinquent because of Their incompetence. Find a new shop to do your vintage repairs.

Good experience, traded in some older gear for a store credit towards purchase of a turntable and CD player. Very helpful and honest service, happy with the experience and process. New components are excellent and sound great. Clearly experts working there, glad they are as options for purchasing and servicing this type of gear are more and more limited!

Mark. is. the. MAN. I mean, all of the staff are absolutely amazing, but Mark is the most dedicated and genuine person ive met in a long time. You know when you can just tell someone loves what they do and they're passionate about what they sell?? That's Mark. Great record players, and great music selection too.
I got referred to this place some time after a not so great visit at another record store in Cloverdale and I'm so thankful I decided to come here!! SUCH a different experience.
This place really reignited my interest in analog mediums. It's just so nice and refreshing to come across good people in this day and age. Listening to these vinyls non stop, a big thank you to the team at Innovative Audio!! If i could give 6 stars, I would.

I felt compelled to write a review because the customer service at Innovative Audio is excellent. The owner is honest, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. A rare gem. Every business interaction I have had there has been a positive one.

Susan and Gord led a team of efficient folks to work on my vintage amplifier. They found the problem which frustrated me plenty. Folks were super friendly, personable and helpful. Best place to go to if you have a problem with audio equipment. I ended up buying a DENON DCD CD player. Their collection of LPs and CDs is huge from collectibles to new names. Thank you all at IA.

I brought my 80’s Akai PJ-33 boombox here for some repairs.
They did a great job on a piece of equipment the holds a lot of great memories for me.
Great shop with cool vintage equipment and some great deals on vinyl and CD’s.
Good service with knowledgeable staff.
Definitely recommend this place.

I’m a lifelong stereophile and have lived in ON, QC,SK and AB. There are a lot of great stereo shops across these provinces and in my experience Innovative Audio is at the apex, unparalleled when it comes to depth of knowledge and quality of product. Gord, Robin and the crew are true gurus of sound. They’ll advise and guide you to hear the music as you never have imagined all with the highest level of integrity. Innovative Audio repaired my late brothers treasured 1978 Akai AA-1200 receiver - it came to me from his estate. The price for repair was very reasonable, it now sits front and center in my house and it's rocking the place. Rolling out 120 plus watts per channel (saw 150 on the meter) and hooked up to a nice pair of Paragym speakers. Thank you to the staff at Innovative for their great service. Brian
