This company has the worst customer service in terms of trying to reach general managers or headquarters. They give you a generic automated message about the stores policy. Long story short, I bought multiple clothing of 2 different sizes each. I wanted to go home and try both sizes and it was Black Friday that weekend and it was very busy in the store. Apparently the items I bought were final sale, and the sales rep did not tell us wether the items were final sale. Now I’m stuck with 2 sizes of each clothing I bought.

The manager is soo unprofessional and so unpolite . I bought a shirt and i has some dust stain and went back for refund and he refuse to take it back in very aggressive way . Never going back to this location

I have been shopping at Jack & Jones for last 10 years(More then half of my wardrobe is Jack & Jones). It’s my go to brand. My cousin purchased a $150 gift card for my birthday just because of my love for this store and its clothing. Unfortunately, it was lost- most likely still in our house but after searching everywhere we cannot find it. My cousin who lives in Ontario still has the receipt and gift card number and tried to reach out to the GUILDFORD surrey store where it was purchased to extremely poor customer service and zero empathy. This is an individual case where it should’ve been further looked into as we have provided you the receipt and the number. This is an easy enough investigation. She also asked for the regional manager’s contact which was not provided and was sent off with the generic message its store policy. Most people who lose their gift cards are not able to provide this information. So this case should’ve been better handled. Of course, if the store had actually made the effort and it said the card has been used- Fair enough but the fact that the effort has not been made and we don’t even think the gift card has left our house. If I could leave zero stars I would. Very disappointed- I guess Jack & Jones doesn’t care to lose one customer as it doesn’t affect them.

I used to shop here in the past but they really need to change their advertising. 50% off sign (nothing else specifying a different promo on that table) unlike the other signs that say 50% off a second item, went to pay hoping for a 50% off and turns out it's 50% off the second item. I'm not one to complain but they just made it clear they're trying to trick buyers with how they placed the promo signs. If the whole table area doesn't have that promotion, you should specify it otherwise place only items with that promo. Many stores are trying to avoid doing this so they don't have complains about it. Hopefully they could change their merchandising.
