Friendly phone service- quick wait times in-house. Cleaning service turnover for several (silver) pieces was barely 10 minutes. Honours estimates and are hella friendly. Will definitely be coming back for most of my jewelry needs.

They offered to replace the spring in the clasp rather than having me get a new one, this was quite helpful and the repair is holding strong on both chains I brought in.
