They incorrectly entered my mileage at 151,999 when my car was only around 100,000 km at the time. This is affecting me selling my car because carfax shows the incorrect mileage they entered while my car shows the correct mileage. I reached out to them to see if they can help me with resolving this and they were unhelpful. The guy I spoke to put me on hold when I asked for the receipt and then hung up on me.I have had my car serviced since but carfax doesn’t pull from the database of the shop I used. Now because of their negligence I have to get an unecessary oil change, and pay again for a new carfax report to hopefully resolve this error. I wasn’t upset as I know mistakes happen but their lack of support to help fix this issue speaks volumes about their customer service.Pay close attention to detail with the service you receive from them because clearly they don’t.Service: Oil change

Avoid this place at all costs. Like most Lube places, they will hit you with every up sale possible, even if you don't need it.My last experience there, I went in for an oil change. Made it clear that was the only work I wanted done. The fellow working there decided to take my radiator cap off while my engine was as hot as possible. We all know what happens then! What I was unaware of is that it led to a significant lose in coolant. I didn't realize this until my engine was overheating. Not only did this employee start with work I was specific that I didn't want done, he could have very well damaged my engine.Spend your money elsewhere folks!

DO NOT GO HERE. They are crooks. I went on a Saturday for a basic oil change, was incorrectly overcharged for a cabin air filter, and then told I had to wait in line (again) to get my refund. Instead of the refund, they charged me again for the same incorrect amount, then AGAIN for the correct amount. This is resulted in them taking over half a thousand dollars from my account which still hasn't been returned. It took three days for customer service to even respond, and that was after I had to follow up on my own complaint. I've basically been defrauded and have yet to receive a proper reply, or my money. The only recommendation I can make is to stay away.

I went in for an oil change as a one-off. Was a few months behind and my partner suggested stopping by this Jiffy Lube as I headed to cross the border with the expectation that the experience would be straightforward and efficient - and was I absolutely wrong. Though a sweet young lady working in the bay got me initiated, the remaining communication was from a guy named either "Mohat" or "Mohit" (difficult to see his name tag and I wasn't expecting to have to remember it due to a negative experience). After letting me know they'd be looking at the car thoroughly as part of the process for the oil change, the oil change would be $170 and some time passing, he informed me that both the coolant and brake fluid levels were SEVERELY LOW, in particular the brake fluid and asked if they should fill them. I was sure we had coolant at home but was surprised no sensors or warnings had come up for us on the car - which is a 2015 and has always been reliable if not premature with sensor warnings. I asked him how much more each would be (he said +$140 for coolant and +$160 for brake fluid), I told him I'd probably stick to the oil change only this time but that I'd pass the info to my partner as he uses the car the most. I was then left for about 25 min, another car came into the bay next to me for an oil change as well and was in and out well before this guy came back to me to tell me that the bolt to change the oil filter was "rounded" and they could not remove it. He said the oil filter would have to be changed for them to do the oil change and said "what do you want to do?" - I told him that I was fine with the filter to be changed as part of the service and asked what he meant by rounded. He said the last people who did the oil change must have rounded the bolt and they had no way to get it off - even tried with a machine. I was furious at the previous place, where we normally take the care and I asked him how I'd be able to get it taken off. He told me I'd have to go to a mechanic and again asked me "so what do you want to do now". I replied "I'm not sure what my options are here exactly... Are you not able to change the oil?" He said no and I told him I guess there was nothing else to be done in that case. He informed the young woman who initiated the service with me and spent more time on the computer while I sat in my car in the bay. He then left and a while later another worker came over to open the bay door so I could leave. So nearly 40 minutes by the end of my visit, I left so frustrated with the other business who previously did our oil changes. Then I found out today when we took it back to our usual place: the bolt was not rounded and they had NO issue removing it, all fluid levels were fine other than the coolant being slightly discoloured. So please, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I do not know what was going on with them but the best I can surmise based on the energy this Mohat/Mohit fellow was giving me is I was a female and I was there for one thing only and was not going to blindly agree for them to add-on services. If I ever go back, it will be for the expressed purpose of letting this guy (and his boss) know to his face that he acted without integrity and honesty.

they messed up my first oil change in my brand new 2023 car and almost ruined my engine because they didn't do something right and the oil was all gone in less than a day

The place is greedy. Tried to charge me $250 for an oil change on my diesel truck. Called another place and it was only $99 as it should be around that price. Don’t go here if you want to be ripped off more than double the price on anything but a conventional oil change they have advertised for $59.. but even if you get the cheap oil change, they will try to charge and up sell for things not needed so you will end up being charged a few hundred bucks anyways. What a place!Service: Oil change

Was having issues trying to put some additives in my power steering as I physically couldn’t get fluid out. After taking our Vehicles to the Jiffy lube in Victoria for years and always receiving amazing service I decided to pop in to see if they could help. Was told flat no because they don’t sell the product they can’t help. I thought that was somewhat interesting so I drove up to Mr Lube and they couldn’t have been more helpful. Customer service goes along way and we will bring all our vehicles to Mr lube going forward.Service: Oil change

Never used these guys before brought my audi in to get an oil change tryed to tell me it was overfilled and that my oil housing cap was leaking and it needed to be fixed. Didn’t make sense to me because I had no oil spots on my dry clean driveway and I always am very cautious of leaks and look for them. I said no to fixing it and left then brought my car to mr lube where I bring all my vehicles I just couldn’t get in earlier so thought I’d give jiffy lube a shot. Long story short my car wasn’t overfilled at all seen it with my own eyes and checked and held the housing cap in my hands there is no leak at all. Just saved myself a huge headache and a lot of cash… go with your gut feeling if it doesn’t seem right to you don’t get swindled.Service: Oil change

Honestly the only place I'll bring my car now. As a woman I would have anxiety bringing my car in to get work done because I would be talked to like I'm stupid or people would try to scam and over charge me.I've had such horrible experiences everywhere but not here !They always explain everything to me very clearly and are super friendly about absolutely everything! I get zero anxiety coming here for all of my car needsThanks so much guys :)!

Late last Spring I had my winter tires taken off and then my summer tires mounted. There was a wiggle in my left front tire that concerned Dan the fellow working on my car. He found a tiny piece of green tape trapped in there that caused the bolts to become loose. I grateful for the level of service he gave me and solved the problem instead of letting me drive away with a tire that could wiggle its way off! Thanks to him, my family road trip went smoothly.Service: Tires
