I bought my Timberland boots from here on boxing day. They were so busy but still there was their staff, Rahul who was so helpful.
He suggested how to clean the boots. He even sold me the Timberland travel kit for the boots. He was amazing. You feel welcomed with staff like Rahul. Thank you, Rahul.

Absolutely stunning customer service here. Staff were so helpful and held a very important/hard to find gift on hold until I could drive out. Super appreciative. I have a very happy hubby rn.

Went to this location this morning hoping to find a new pair of new balance. The employee just stood at the counter not saying anything or asking if I needed help. Asked her my size for the two of the shoes I liked and she returned with just one since my size is not available for the other pair. She gave me the box, went back to the counter and never came back to ask if I needed anything else. Everytime I needed to ask her something, I had to go to the counter. Worst customer service, I understand if she was busy with other customers but there were no other customers in the store!

Such a horrible experience. Very rude staff made me not want to purchase from here again. it was my first and last time. Disgusting attitude towards customers. And sold me the wrong size. I felt very disrespected and im very disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE unless you’re looking for a hostile environment and bad customer service.

5+ stars for the excellent customer service by Chelsea at Journeys. Not only did she help my daughter and I with what we came in for, she went above and beyond in 3 other ways. Anywhere you go these days, you get the bare minimum in service. And I can honestly say that I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Thank you so much, Chelsea!

We got our two teens their shoes this afternoon at Journeys Guildford. Amar and Chelsea exceeded my expectations! They answered all my questions about getting a discount for a student. Assisted my teens with the shoe size for them, both of them have a great customer service! Keep it up!

I wish I got the staff names of the two who helped me and my family this evening at the guildford location… Journeys is LUCKY to have you!Both staff were attentive and helpful finding us options for my little one. They were kind about him running around the store and handing them random shoes on display he picked up along the way. And they let him run… literally run around the store to test the shoes out.And the final touch was letting him play with their 80’s style vacuum he was very intrigued by.You guys were amazing! Thank you for making this exhausted mamas day …even though the store was closing shortly and I am sure you wanted to clean up and head home!

Hi Journeys, I just left your store at Guildford Town Centre after picking up my special order but was disappointed by the cashier’s lack of customer service. When I informed the cashier that I was here to pick up my order with my receipt which was confirmed delivered via the tracking number, she went into the back briefly l, returned and said it was not delivered. Trusting her judgment I left the store, but came back to show her the tracking number. She went into the back room and found my shoes were there. Cashier’s should look into the details of an order to make sure that they are giving customers accurate information. I also would have appreciated an apology from her for giving me the wrong information the first time and wasting both our time.
