Brought in my classic 1988 Nissan Pulsar NX. Had an issue where it would run for 20 minutes before suddenly shutting off while driving. Still have electrical power and car tries to crank but no success until 30 minutes later when it abruptly restarts. Had been troubleshooting the problem for months with many other shops but decided to bring it to the manufacturer itself as a hard tackle to the problem. I told them I needed the issue fixed (or at least diagnosed) for the next day as I had an important appointment that I needed the vehicle for. Once finished, they told me they did a Multi-Point Inspection and added an air filter. They had assured me over the phone that the issue had been fixed, and further assured me that the car hadn't shutdown at all when they were testing it (I have my doubts.) I went to drive my car to that important appointment the next morning only for it to break down on the way like before (the highways for the journey to and from Nissan are NOT places to break down.) When I got home and examined the MPI sheet, it was a joke. Green across the board for a 35 yr/o relic that you can only find in a junkyard. Needless to say, it was a bogus inspection. Emailed them and was told that my cars issues HAD in fact been noted, the proper records just never reached me. A bit of disgruntled emails back and forth and they agreed they would complete a proper complete inspection without charging me again. They did, (I briefly broke down on the way there too) and I received a properly done inspection sheet with notes on my issues, parts needed, and things that may need future attention. I didn't actually get the maintenance needed to fix my car (since they didn't have the parts) but they sent me home with a part list. The mistake was rectified for no additional cost thankfully, but wow. Quite unprofessional for a full on car dealership.

My experience with King George Nissan was a delight. The sales team headed by Bob did a great job in accommodating me and my family and Kudos to Justin who helped us come up with a perfect choice in choosing the right car that suits our needs. I like the approach of the sales team for being not too aggressive and so friendly. Justin assisted us all throughout the transaction and elaborated things that needed clarification using the ipad for us to better understand some new features of the car. He also gave us some options for us to compare to come up with a good decision and he follows up even after sales. I highly recommend king George Nissan above all dealerships.

If you are not buying a car from King George Nissan, they do not care about you. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.I had a good experience with the servicing guy, but the sales rep and accounting/finance people were awful.I was misled by the dealership with information regarding my lease buyout. They initially told me that I could not go to another Nissan dealer closer to my home, but when I got to King George Nissan, they told me that I could which was very frustrating to find out since it took me over an hour to drive from Burnaby to Surrey.The financing department also lied about the original amount I owed left on the lease, as they forgot to add taxes to the total amount. They only gave you the real value, which was a bigger value when I arrived in person.It took over 3 weeks to set up a lease buyout meeting because the dealership kept ghosting my calls. They said I could just come in, and it wouldn't take more than 5 minutes for the paperwork, but I was rejected because I needed to make an appointment for a lease servicing car check first.Finally, when I showed up on the day for my lease servicing car check, they told me it would take over 2 hours for an inspection, and nobody on the phone or in person told me it would take this long. I felt blindsided. It feels like the sales team and financing are withholding information any time they can get.After the 2-hour lease service check, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to meet the financing department. The financing person forgot the reason why I was there, even though I had made a meeting in advance.Overall, I do not have any trust going forward with King George Nissan.

I've been coming here since 2012 for servicing. My previous service was completed as per usual no issues. We have several vehicles this particular vehicle (Pathfinder) is kept in my garage and driven sparsely. Last week as I was driving it home at slow speed I noticed a thumping noise from the front right tire. I took it over to my mechanic he took it for a drive also noticed the noise, he brought out his jack and impact gun to take the wheel off for a further inspection and noticed one wheel lug missing. He told me in all fairness the mechanic wouldn't have forgotten the lug however if it wasn't torqued down properly it could have backed off and fallen off.He went to lossen the other 4 lugs to his surprise they came off with no effort, it would now appear they were not torqued down. He ordered a new lug nut and torqued them down with his torque wrench to spec. He told me to hang on while he checked the driver's side. To his surprise this was also not torqued down. The back ones were fine, I take this vehicle regularly to Seattle for football games and have had my wife and daughters in it many times. I don't even know what to say, the thoughts that ran across my mind.Needless to say I will never return to this dealership for anything. My previous experience with the younger service advisor Jordan was also unpleasant.I did speak to the service manager and he did confirm tires were removed for a multi point inspection and he did apologize to me, the seriousness of this safety matter is worth noting for anyone planning on having there vehicle serviced here.

Justin helped me find the perfect car for my needs. I love my 2015 Ford Escape. He went to a lot of effort to help me choose the right car. He is so helpful. The car came with extended warranty and all safety checks were completed. It even had the correct tyres for driving the Sea to Sky highway. I would recommend Justin & King George Nissan if you are looking for a quality used car.
