I visit this store often and Richaa is very friendly. She helps to find the right size and check the final price. Even she seeks new style for both me and my husband. We both find the perfect clothes we need. She is great! And a good service is always the reason I visit here. 😁

I had a wonderful experience at the Shop by in Morgan Crossing. The three staff members who assisted me and my daughter were absolutely fantastic. They were incredibly attentive and kind, helping us find the perfect items for our friends and for ourselves. Their service made our shopping trip so enjoyable and special. We are truly grateful for their excellent care and kindness. It's rare to receive such outstanding service, and we left feeling so happy and proud of our purchases. Thank you so much to the three wonderful employees who made our day!

Every time I go into this store (which I frequent, as most of what I own are Levi products), I am very impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the store personnel.
They are obviously very well trained and coached, and I would like to give a shout-out to your area/district manager, who is doing a stellar job!!
This is a fun store to shop in and the quality is great!

BEST SERVICE EVER !!! amazing team I went in there with my daughter. Top notch !! And went back again today . So consistent. We need more humans like that JANUARY 8th between 230pm -430 pm you were on shift. Thank you . love the jeans .love from Lady with the tribal tattoo on her face.
