LifeLabs has not been any help what so ever regarding this back on their system! And the only help they have offered is to the people that has given over their credit card information, but zero help for the folks that may of had their medical information taken! See the thing is anyone can get a new credit card or social insurance number replaced but what can't be fixed is the disclosure of a person's medical history! So it's cool that they offer credit monitors for the dark web but what are they doing to protect the people that have had their medical history stolen? What are they doing to protect those folks? I can answer that question not a thing! In fact they are demanding that people sit at home and stress about it and their standard answer is to wait and see if you get a letter in the mail! But what I find odd is if they have a list of folks they are going to send a letter to why can't a person call to see if their name is on the list for such a letter? Again another great example how not to treat your customers. I for one will never trust this company with any medical testi g in any way as they have proven they can't be trusted to protect our information and can't be trusted to inform folks in a timely matter if there is a problem!

There seems to be a consensus judging by the reviews and by my experience that the health ministry needs give this place boot Most of their staff are extremely rude to customers and their rules change from location to location .Their corporate culture is abismol. They do not care because there is no competition. The only ones to blame are the bozos who manage or in this case mismanage the operation from head office. I'm going to write my mla about this and try and get something going .

I had to have a blood test to check to see if I had a blood clot in my leg. I arrived and was treated good and with no others there my test was done right away. Upon finishing I asked when would the results be in and the technician said 1-2 days and I said the doctor needed them sooner as marked on the request. It was clear the technician had not read the sheet. Upon the completion of the blood test I said I bruise easy but after I mentioned the doctors request that was missed the tech approach with a large strip of surgical tape even though I wanted to keep applying pressure. The tech left without saying anything further. I have a very large bruise. Not a lab I will ever go back to.

The mobile unit did not advise us that they would not be coming to do my dads blood work and missed at least 2 separate occasions. When I called them they said they literally had no one to do 4 different routes this week. They also said their computer bumps people off the list and does not advise them this has happened. No one tells the patients they have been bumped off either, so they are left hanging, not knowing what is going on. This is unacceptable for elderly and infirm people.
