My daughter and I came to Little Burgundy store to buy 2 pairs of shoes. My daughter knew what she wanted. I asked the lady working if it was okay as I know they were closing soon in about 10 minutes. The lady named Simran was nice, helpful and told me it wasn't a problem at all. She took the time to find my daughter the right size. She answered all my questions and even suggested I take a seat as I had mentioned I was tired. I felt very welcomed and overall the experience was exceptional. I would like the manager and other customers to know what a delight it was dealing with her. She did an amazing job representing the Little Burgundy store. I hope her boss values her.

hi, this specifically about the store in guilford shopping centre in surrey. you walk in the manager of the store is on their cellphone or talking to coworkers. doesn’t greet costumers. i’ve heard the way this manager speaks, they treat their employees like trash and nothing is done about it. was only ever greeted politely by one young lady who looked barely 18, i believe her name was grace. thank you to that young lady and i hope she finds a better job

I went into the store hoping to find a new pair of shoes. When I walked in I was not greeted whatsoever. There were only two staff on the floor and they were standing near the front talking in their own language. They did not acknowledge me. While I was walking around I believe I heard one of their names were Kami or something like that. The whole time I was in there I was ignored while they just talked. Needles to say I walked out and went somewhere else. I did not appreciate not being acknowledged. I would not recommend this store

i was not greeted by anyone when i had gone in to this store, i found it very unprofessional that after i went to ask for help from the manager had gone and start talking in her language with one of her employees. i just hope that they were not talking bad about me. its safe to say i do not feel comfortable going back into this location.

Came here on my work break on June 10th around 2pm. There were 3 girls working and hanging around the cashier desk, talking amongst themselves loudly.None of them greeted me or offered to help, they just made eye contact with me and continued on with their conversation. Needless to say, I walked over to Brown's and made my purchase there instead as they were professional and friendly.Edit: just read a similar review from Jan 2022. Obviously nothing has changed at this location.

Every single time I go here, all of the employees are busy chatting and laughing. No one even looks over at the customers who enter their store. Very rude!

We waited for a solid 5 minutes while all 3 staff were just chatting by the counter as there was only my wife and myself at the store. We were looking to purchase a pair of Blundstone boots but the staff were totally indifferent. After they ignored us for more than 5 minutes, I waved and told them we’re moving to Brown’s which is just next door. One of them just waved back and said “go ahead!”. So much for customer service, your crew should be fired.By the way, Brown’s service was great!January 30th, 2022, 3:50 pm.

So happy with the service I received. The young man with glasses came up to me when I walked in and helped me with exactly I was looking for. He took his time and was patient with me. He made sure I was satisfied with my purchase and even did recommendations. Great service by this young man.

I was tricked into buying the wrong product.Dec 12 2020I went to the store and saw a pair of face masks that i liked.I asked if they had different sizes for that mask since i wanted to make sure they fit before buying them.The manager assured me they were 'one size fits all' and i would have no issues with the size.After opening them and trying them on I complained to the manager that the masks were small, to what she said she meant they only carried the small size. Which again was not right as little investigation shows Little Burgundy carries two sizes for that mask.I understand these cannot be returned. It is just wrong to lie to customers into buying a product that doesn't work for them.

I had so many preference if shoes that i liked to buy and i did get a good service to try them out, but she was so fast that it felt like she wouldn't give me time to browse and pick out what i want to wear without starring or asking me if i needed to try on everything i touch. It was very frustrating, so i end up one and returning it because it felt like couldnt take my time to buy what i was looking for , after all it was a few hundred, and i deserve not to be watched over like that thanks.
