I am such a fan of Lululemon. The clothes and fabrics are amazing.
I suffer from breathing difficulties brought on by poisonous fumes.
I went to the Guildford shop yesterday and within a short time after entering the shop I found it hard to breathe. I asked the girl on the desk if they had recently sprayed something in the shop, She said they have a diffuser going.
Within less than a minute I could hardly walk from the back of the shop to the front door and have found it hard to breathe and coughed the rest of yesterday, through the night and the next day.
I cannot believe how strong the smell was and must have been from an electronic diffuser.
I think they should reconsider, in this is a shop where people are coming mainly to buy clothing to wear to improve their fitness, to be pumping out strong fumes that have and could cause health issues with others. Thank you

Staff appeared to be too important to serve and provide customer focus. Did not assist with full range of leggings when asked, found better service from my online computer.
Such a shame ! Seems Guildford branch is earning a bit of a reputation !!

My wife bought me some new work clothes online (on sale) as a gift, they didn't quite fit so we did an exchange. Nicole at the Guildford store did an amazing job of accommodating re-ordering different style and size. It was a complicated return/exchange and the store was busy but she maintained composure and gave us exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work Nicole, and thank you for your assistance.

Did not have a good experience shopping here. Staff were unhelpful and unprofessional. Went to the South Surrey location and had a great experience. 10/10 recommend going to south Surrey instead of Guildford.

worst experience ever..worst store …I bought a water bottle a few days ago.. but when I checked at home it was little bit cracked .. So I went there store again to return it … one of their employee told me that they would except it..although its one attached label was missing. I waited in line and when I asked for return they called a girl.. who was very rude and said clear no ..even though I had a receipt and its inner label is fine inside the bottle.. the bottle was closed. but she was rude. As I asked at least they should replace it with new one .. she said it is garbage for them … what she thinks that we drink water in garbage cans or lululemon’s products are garbage.. very disrespectful very disgusting behaviour by her.

This place absolutely sucks. Asked IF we were able to exchange a keychain because the previously attached keychain permanently fell off, and could not be attached back on. The employee said, ‘Sure, no problem, we can get your whole bag exchanged,’ and told us to come back before April 15, because their policy then changes afterwards. We were ok with it, and came back within 48hrs to get the bag exchanged.Upon arrival, we went straight to the cash register, and explained to the employee what had happened. She said she is not able to exchange the bag because it is ‘Not a defect.‘ The keychain had permanently fallen off, and the first employee had already told us she would exchange it.As a customer, this is very bad communication, and not an appropriate way to deal with a problem, regarding their goods.

If I could give no stars, I would. I had to do an exchange for a smaller size, no receipt but a record of the credit card transaction. They said there wasn’t anything they could do but I managed to sort everything out quite easily at the Metrotown location who I will be giving 5 stars to.

Honestly the worst Lululemon store in the lower mainland. I went into the store with leggings that were pilling for the first time ever, two employees saw my leggings and gave me a replacement. I went and stood in line, a line that was to the front door of the store. When i got to the front after 20+ minutes, the lady goes this is normal with the material, you can have 15 leggings and they will all do the same. Why couldn’t the first 2 employees tell me that rather than making me wait in line? I honestly wanted to cry when I got to the front cause of how big of a line up I waited in. Never going to this store again. Go to Langley!! They are so much nicer.

Friendly staff but the stitching started coming off the leggings I bought straight away. So expensive for what it is.

Incredibly rude staff, especially those working on the till- simply should not be working in retail if you behave in this manner. As a regular customer, this was an extremely disappointing experience and I will not be returning to this store again.
