Staff are very accommodating, especially the Filipino supervisor who is very attentive and kind by helping me find the optimal options for my needs. He is very knowledgeable about his products. Highly appreciated for his act of kindness.

Nice store to shop. Larry was great. He’s very helpful in everything. Knowledgeable of his products and conducts himself professionally. Checkout was quick and very convenient. I highly recommend this store.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. There was no staff available on the floor to help, and even the cashiers didn’t seem to have knowledge about the 20% online sale I asked about. I couldn’t get a clear answer from anyone.
I’ve been visiting this location for around 10 years, and this has been the worst experience so far. Very poor customer service.

Amazing customer service at this location. Sukh always provides exceptional service. Even though she was busy at cash but still she went back to look even in busy environment. We need more people in retail like her. A BIG THANKS :)

The customer service provided by Lovleen was above and beyond. I left the store after 15 minutes of closing but she didn’t rush me to leave as i told that my voucher was expiring the next day. She was polite and helped me to find the perfect shoes for my work. Definitely going to come back for such customer service.

When I asked for help for shoes both Lovleen and Magan brushed me off like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. Their lack of effort and attitude made me feel ignored, unwelcome, and honestly embarrassed to even ask for assistance. It’s shocking that employees like this from what I heard are actually managers allowed to treat people that way.
The only reason this visit didn’t ruin my entire day was because of Prisha and Alysha. Prisha went above and beyond to actually help me when no one else would. She was patient, understanding, and truly cared about finding a solution.Alysha was absolutely wonderful at cash friendly, genuine, and clearly someone who cares about her job. She even asked how my shopping experience was and took the time to make sure I left satisfied. It’s people like Prisha and Alysha who keep customers coming back. Unfortunately, employees like Lovleen and Magan do the exact opposite. Their attitude and lack of basic respect for customers need to be addressed immediately.

I’m super frustrated and disappointed with the service I received from two of your employees, that claim that they are managers of the store Lovleen and Magan. My recent experience was absolutely unacceptable and has left me questioning how your company allows staff to treat customers this way.
Both employees were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout my interaction. Instead of offering help, they made me feel like I was a burden for simply asking questions. Lovleen’s tone was condescending, and Magan seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issue. Their attitude and lack of basic courtesy reflect extremely poorly on your business.
I have never been treated with such disrespect as a paying customer. It’s disappointing to see staff who clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction or professionalism. I expect better from a company that claims to value its clients.

If there is a possibility to review less than a start I would, I was on a trip from ontario for few days, Chose wrong size in a hurry and next tried to return and they didn't do it. Very Bad experience, couldn't recomment it.

Very bad customer service at this location. They are scamming people over promotion. She denied to follow store wide promotion. Don’t help in finding stuff. Mess everywhere. Avoid going this location if you don’t wanna experience bad day.
