Ordered online for pickup. Took 8 Hours and I finally called and they told me to come. My order had not even been remotely filled, missing 1 of the 2 items and made me wait a while for 1 item. Incompetence but friendly.

I love this store! That's the only place I can find a variety of tarn colors at a fair price! Apart from that, the store always has good sales and discounts throughout the year.
