Ordered online for pickup. Took 8 Hours and I finally called and they told me to come. My order had not even been remotely filled, missing 1 of the 2 items and made me wait a while for 1 item. Incompetence but friendly.

One of the stuff members working at this location is extremely rude I was asking a question and she walked away with out replying and mucking while she was walking I just asked a simple question and the other 2 stuff members look at each other not believing what just happened unbelievable if you hate your job or getting questions from costumers you should change jobs her name is REET if you come across this person expect to be mistreated rude rude rude

Entered store, I said good morning. The worker there did not greet back or even smile and walked away. Probably will never come back to this location just for that interaction.

I love this store! That's the only place I can find a variety of tarn colors at a fair price!
Apart from that, the store always has good sales and discounts throughout the year.

Had everything I needed, I use my teacher discount never had an issue. Tellers are friendly, store is clean and the fabric I wanted was in stock as well! Overall always a good stop!

You can spend days going through all the crafts ideas available in the store. The staff is super helpful and caring. They just have one cashier and a lot of self check machines, so if you need the cashier, patience is a must. 🛒🛍️ #crafting #DIY #helpfulstaff

Pretty good service, I was trying to find plastic eyes for a crochet project I was finishing up and 2 of their employees went out of their way to help me find them. Only complaint is their help button at the fabric cutting station doesn't seem to work very well and I've had a couple long waits but otherwise a good store.
