This is an amazing Midas.
I had a problem with the screen on my car, which kept turning off. Was the problem faulty wiring? Digital? No one could figure it out.
Without a working display screen, there were many other challenges with my car: not being able to reset sensors, not being able to use the settings or backup camera, no music, etc.
I finally took my vehicle to the dealership who — after hours of waiting and mixed up paperwork — could not identify the problem. They offered a $1500 diagnostic charge to take the screen apart, without guaranteeing a solution. I left. Would I ever be able to listen to my favorite playlists again?
At the Midas on ADDRESS, I phoned ahead. Without delay, I was able to chat with a friendly representative about my car. He made time for me, listened patiently, and was curious about the details. When I arrived and dropped off the keys, I felt confident about who I was leaving my car with for this big job.
At the end of the appointment, I came back hopeful. It looked like things were wrapping up right on time. I discovered the technician had not only quickly identified the problem: he had fixed it, and charged less than $200 total.
It can be hard to find honest and competent mechanics. I highly recommend this Midas to anyone looking for quality service.

- Jay @ Midas @104 quoted me $204 for diagnostic and $1027.10 for the repair. - returned my vehicle to me not fixed, refund me for the diagnostic and didn't charged me anything. - later found out they damaged the steering wheel shaft and the steering wheel position sensor. ( Cost over $2300 to replace). - brought the cost to the attention of Bob the service manager. - Bob push the blame and said he already refund me the fund for the diagnostic and didn't charge for the work. "For what work? My vehicle is not fix." - I will not use them ever again - I am out more then $2300.

Went for tire change that I booked an appointment for. 30 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start they phone me saying there was an issue they ran into and wouldn’t be able to do the change at all and that I would have to not only come in an entirely different day, but would have to pay extra to get done.
Upside is they found me tires and I just left with it to get it all done elsewhere.

Staff are friendly and helpful, and they aren't out to rob you blind, unlike some shops. My car runs better and quietly, and I'm very satisfied with the service at this shop

I went to this place a couple times & they’re always too busy. No point to make an appointment because they don’t value your time. I was there 3-4 hours at a time waiting for them to figure out what was wrong with my back & front headlights, they couldn’t figure it out. After further inspection they told me I needed new brakes, anyways I changed them on a different day but the guy there went back on his word of the cost. I ended up spending $1000 more than what he quoted me. Don’t trust this place, you’ll loose money & quality service. Forgot the guys name, older Fiji guy, Bobby maybe. I’ll never go back
