I’ve always loved shopping as this store but today I had a bad experience. I love all the products they sell and today I was going to buy this little mirror. When I went to checkout I noticed that it was more expensive than the displayed price. Went back and checked and it was displaying a cheaper price. I explained this to the worker and he said oh ya there was a price change and I haven’t changed it yet. I explained that legally you have to sell it to me for the price that’s displayed. He said he understood but he can’t sell it to me for that price. He brushed me off and was rude. I will definitely not be going back to that location especially since he was so rude about even though it was their screw up.

They have Cool Asian snacks. I got a lot of my accessories and other nice trinkets from MINISO for a reasonable price. They also have some cool k-beauty lip products that are around 12$-16$. Highly recommend if you like kpop or kbeauty

The quality of their electronics is garbage in direct comparison to the same products they had three years ago. Their headphones when compared to an old version are extremely built cheaper than they used to be, they are no longer high quality. Same thing goes for the cords. I have had the same miniso charger for 7 years and I've sworn by this brand. But when I go to replace the exact same item with a new version of that same item, the quality is way cheaper than it used to be. I dont mind price increases but I simply wont by here anymore because of the downgrade in quality.

I do understand being at position of cashier.But why so arrogant when store isn’t busy no one shows up to help.Also he was very rude with zero customer service ethics.The store got the good stuff not thinking of visiting again.
